The hotel is very clean and well-maintained, with welcoming spaces that immediately make you feel at ease. A beautiful hotel that we happily recommend to anyone looking for comfort, courtesy, and a pleasant stay. We will definitely be back!

There are two tasting menus and the option to order à la carte. The ingredients are of high quality, and the dishes are beautifully presented in a beautiful setting with professional service. Prices are high, but they reflect the research and hard work behind the scenes by the kitchen team. Worth a try.

16/11/2025: The place is very beautiful, especially the small waterfall visible from the windows and the mill beneath the glass floor. The food is excellent and high-quality, the only flaw being the very small quantity... It's a shame because it was really good and I would have eaten much more. I'm not saying the dishes should have been huge like at a mountain hut, but at least there should have been a little more; after all, they're just tastings.
