The location is simply enchanting, with attention to the smallest details and enriched in my case by a refined floral arrangement, which made the atmosphere even more magical and evocative. Every corner of the villa tells of passion and dedication, with obsessive attention to aesthetics and hospitality. The menu was excellent, rich and balanced, capable of satisfying all palates, from starters to dessert, with tasty dishes presented with great elegance. Special thanks go to Marco the owner, and to Salvatore whose professionalism, availability and attention to every need really made the difference. We are really satisfied with the quality of the food, the value for money and the atmosphere of the place. We recommend booking for the risk of not being postponed to the next one because it's worth it. The owner kindly shows their menu and the daily proposals, explaining the typical dishes or their best ones so you have a clear idea of ​​what you are going to order. The capun magro, the carabaccia risotto and the tuna deserve special mention, as they were truly special, prepared with fresh ingredients and studied combinations. You will spend pleasant hours here, feeling at home. Don't miss the experience if you pass through these parts.

27/04/2025: Superb evening! Very warm welcome, boss speaks impeccable French, explains the dishes very well. Delicious original cuisine and great value for money. I highly recommend. Remember to book +++ 2 beers, 1 bottle of wine, a starter to share, 2 main courses and 1 dessert.

Da notare un particolare mai visto da nessuna parte i condizionatori sono dotati di un’aletta per evitare che il getto vada direttamente sull’ospite, carrello dei dolci e dei formaggi spettacolari.

02/05/2025: We reached Favara coming from Agrigento, attracted by the Cultural Park. The trip was already in itself an immersion in nature which comes to life in spring and offers all its colors and scents. The chosen day did not favor a large influx of tourism and we were able to enjoy all the beauty of the widespread artistic forms found in the recovered part of the town. This alone would have been joy enough to take home as a souvenir of the day. The stop at this trattoria-restaurant was the classic icing on the cake. With sincerity I must say that the choice was made almost out of obligation, as there aren't many options in the surrounding area....but as soon as we entered, we were welcomed with a kindness that warms the heart. The owner personally took care of us by offering us tastings of local oil while waiting for the dishes ordered, he left us in our conversations and with our times even though we were close to their closing and moreover at the end he further honored us with almonds and local liqueur. Truly a pleasure to discover that there are still such places and people who put customer satisfaction first and feel the responsibility to offer the maximum of their culinary skills and product quality to those who sit at the table. We really worked hard to extend this feeling of pleasant pause to the maximum, and in return he also offered us some fruit, confirming everything said above. I therefore conclude with thanks for this holistic well-being that has been offered to us.

24/04/2025: Do you remember the rat named Remy from Ratatouille? An influential food critic, whose one review is enough to force the restaurant to close, raves about the dishes prepared by Remy the rat :) Just as we raved about the linguine agli scampi, cavatelli alla cavour and Mandrarosa wine at this restaurant. Delicious food that you won't find in many fine dining restaurants. It is difficult to get here because the traffic in the city is complicated. But it's really worth finding this place, with a less than effusive and even reserved owner.

26/04/2025: Accoglienza e ospitalità top: ambiente shabby chic, cucina tradizionale romana ( cacio e pepe sublimi), porchetta tenera e croccante!!! Salumi e formaggi del territorio marchigiano !!! Lo chef di una cordialità unica: ti mette a proprio agio, sembra di essere in famiglia!!! Consigliato sia per famiglie che per giovanissimi !!!🤗

22/03/2025: Cena con amici, era la prima volta che lo provavo, ambiante curato e accogliente, il Presidente è un oste nel senso migliore del termine e ci ha consilgiato un menù veramente delizioso con un degli antipasti locali e una fiorentina preparata in modo perfetto. per finire un dolce preparato da nonna Mary. Ci tornerò sicuramente per provare altri piatti.
