22/07/2025: An undoubtedly interesting culinary experience, with carefully prepared dishes and a high-quality gastronomic offering. I chose the classic tasting menu, and it met all my expectations. We didn't even manage to finish all the courses, so it's fair to say the food was good and the portions generous. However, my only comment concerns the service. Considering the restaurant's prestige and reputation, I would have expected a more attentive level of service worthy of its starred reputation. I hope you'll consider this feedback constructively.

04/09/2025: For anyone looking to experience "La Dolce Vita" in Rome, this is the perfect place! This cozy pub has everything you could want: delicious food, drinks and warm, welcoming people.
Even with its location near to the Vatican, it's not overrun with tourists, the prices are fair, and the atmosphere is wonderfully authentic.
We loved it so much we came back multiple times for both breakfast and aperitivo. Each visit was a delight, and we can't wait to return on our next trip to Rome!

26/08/2025: We visited the prosciutto factory, where they still make small batches using artisanal methods.
Really interesting, everything was well organized, and our guide, Chiara, was truly excellent.
Followed by a delicious meal of prosciutto and other cured meats at their restaurant.
Reasonable price.
Worth a visit.

21/08/2025: Excellent wine shop; we were there for three days straight, sampling Marsala and more. Excellent wines and delicious canapés. Christian was friendly and knowledgeable; it's a shame we had to leave!

05/09/2025: Hidden away in a sloping alleyway, this little restaurant is a great find! Delicious and hearty paninis and bruschettas! Very good value for money! The welcome is excellent, everything is made to order, so allow a little time for preparation. Expect to pay between €8 and €10 per person, excluding drinks.

30/07/2025: Unique cuisine. A triumph of the senses. A nine-course set menu with a superb combination of flavors. The wines were great - a wonderful choice by the sommeliers. The waiter presented the dishes perfectly. Great service.A wonderful and memorable ending to my birthday. My wife and I truly enjoyed our stay at Il Convivo Troiani.
12/07/2025: You expect amazing food from Michelin star restaurants- Il Convivo troiani gives you not just creative platings, but the service is outstanding! We watched our hosts glide between tables with ease- you get a whole group of personalities all immensely friendly. They are subtle masters of their craft and I truly enjoyed the service as much as I did the meal!

10/09/2025: During my Bari vacation, I went to La Bul Ristorante on a recommendation and had a wonderful dining experience. La Bul, distinguished by its simplicity, friendly atmosphere, and elegance, was truly an extraordinary experience for me. The decor is understated but with lovely touches. It was especially meaningful that the artwork on the walls was the work of the chef's mother.
I opted for the menu, which focused on traditional Puglia cuisine. Both the appetizers and the main course were excellent. The staff were very attentive and knowledgeable. The drink pairings were also excellent, and the sommelier was very talented and helpful. I highly recommend it.

01/08/2025: Hospitality, professionalism, and friendliness are the hallmarks of Evoè. We enjoyed a wine tasting expertly guided by Adriano and ate excellent food served by the charming Alessandro. A wonderful experience.
27/07/2025: Loved this place so much we visited 4 times during our 1 week stay! By far the best setting for wine tasting - there are a few other wine bar/shops in town but we felt this one wins hands down due to ambiance, quality and value. We had such great service, attention to detail when describing the origins of the wines and matching to our tastes, as well as knowledgeable descriptions of the beautifully presented cheese/ meat platter. First night we had dinner and sampled some wine. 2nd and 3rd night just for drinks, and by the 4th visit we felt like we were meeting with friends. Have fallen in love with Sicilian Sauvignon Blanc, thanks to Adiamo and Alessandro. Will definitely pop in again if we are in the region again. Ciao!

The atmosphere is elegant and welcoming, and the staff was courteous, helpful, and attentive to our every need. The dishes were all excellent, beautifully presented, and prepared with fresh ingredients, making each course exceptionally delicious. A place that combines professionalism, hospitality, and high-quality cuisine. Definitely recommended and worth revisiting.

From the first moment both Gabriele and Anisa made us feel at ease, they pampered us... the food was excellent with a modern twist... the real gem... the garden, stunning, it feels like you're leaving the city for a moment to enjoy some relaxation and peace... conclusion: I will return often... Excellent value for money...

02/09/2025: All in all, a fantastic experience, perhaps a bit fussy at first because you have to wait on the street for the doors to open. But then it's a true treat for the eyes and the palate.
If you're familiar with this kind of restaurant or want to experience it, you should expect a lead time of about six months.
18/06/2025: La mia sufficienza per l’esperienza è semplicemente legata a degli imprevisti nel servizio.
Azzardata la scelta degli abbinamenti per la degustazione Miseria e nobiltà. Inaccettabile la reazione di uno dei sommelier al problema sollevato
riguardo lo stato di conservazione di uno dei vini. Annotazione fatta da un sommelier altrettanto qualificato seduto al mio tavolo. Il ragazzo ha sostituito il vino ma con supponenza ha manifestato il suo disappunto senza assaggiare il vino in questione e dicendo palesemente che non era d’accordo. Mi limito a dare un piccolo consiglio a chi segue la sala: il servizio di un ristorante di così alto livello dovrebbe essere supervisionato da qualcuno con più esperienza. Ammirevole la presenza di tanti giovani ma la gestione di questi inconvenienti non può essere affidata ad un personale così giovane semplicemente perché “acerbo” nel gestire questi inconvenienti.
Piccolo consiglio all’architetto che ha curato gli interni: togliamo le tende oscuranti che dopo quasi 5 ore di pranzo con la luce artificiale mandano in tilt il cervello?????
Lo chef resta intoccabile.
