16/10/2025: Pure warmth - the hosts make all the difference! What a wonderful hotel! What made our holiday in South Tyrol so unique were the hosts. They are so warm and attentive that you feel welcome and completely at home from the very first moment. This personal touch and their willingness to help are unbeatable. The entire staff, following this example, is super friendly and service-oriented. We were also more than spoiled with the culinary delights. The food was a delight – regional, fresh produce, creatively prepared. The absolute highlight, however, was the homemade ice cream, a recommendation from the hosts that we happily followed every day. The rooms are spotlessly clean, very well-maintained, and comfortably furnished. You can feel the loving touch of the hosts everywhere. The location is also top-notch. Whether walking to the picturesque village center or to the hiking trails – everything is ideally accessible. Conclusion: We highly recommend this hotel! Above all, the hosts create an unforgettably beautiful atmosphere. We will definitely be back!

20/10/2025: We had such a great time that, after celebrating our wedding here last year, we returned to celebrate our little one's baptism! The staff was incredibly courteous and professional, the service was excellent, and the lunch was superb, as usual! I highly recommend it for any occasion!

18/10/2025: We are a couple getting married at the end of September, specifically on Friday, September 26, 2025, and we chose Le Querce restaurant for our reception. We had already been there for a dinner and were impressed by the location and Duska's friendliness. During our introductory meeting with chef Ermanno, we had clear ideas, which proved to be true in the months that followed and on the most important day. At Le Querce, we found professionalism, organization, friendliness, and a lighthearted approach, making everything more enjoyable. The staff assisted us in the months leading up to the wedding, allowing us to organize and make the best choices. The guests particularly enjoyed the risotto, the raw fish buffet, and the evening party. We, as the couple, loved the terrace decorations, the style of the cake (and how delicious it was!), and the warmth of everyone present. We highly recommend Le Querce restaurant because it combines simplicity with sophistication.

We order the trio of appetizers, plus a shared Russian salad: all the flavors are clear and right; the freshest tomino cheese and the perfect green sauce; the cooking technique for the vitello tonnato modernizes the value of tradition, maintaining its evident quality, which begins with the raw ingredients. This adherence to tradition doesn't prevent pleasant surprises from appearing with unexpected aromas, expertly and meticulously scattered on the serving plates, perhaps the fragrance of a tiny lavender flower... We continue with the Scialatielli with sardines and wild fennel (and everything else you need): sumptuous, with a rich sauce that preserves the intensity of the fish's flavor, the sweet and spicy interplay is perfectly balanced. We finish with the Baked Pumpkin, comforting and tasty. We drank a well-balanced Barbera, chosen from the bulk wine selection. The prices were more than fair, and the service was punctual and attentive. An experience that combines the full pleasure of an evening with the joy of knowing, in a challenging context like Barriera, brilliant businesses like this one exist, where the awareness of know-how can overcome any challenge. Da Baffo is more than just a restaurant: it is a story of hospitality, flavor, and passion that continues to be written every day, dish after dish. 06/10/2025: We'd heard about this trattoria and were really curious to try it. First, I wanted to praise the helpfulness and knowledge of the staff. They were truly kind in their welcome (with three small children and a bulky stroller) and knowledgeable in explaining the various dishes. Moving on to the dishes, we were pleasantly surprised by the combinations and the quality offered. Raw ingredients crafted by a Chef with a capital C. The homemade gelato was also excellent. The price might certainly be a bit high, but honestly, you pay for quality. The atmosphere was comfortable, typically Tuscan. Thank you, and see you next time.

We were offered a menu with (more than generous) tastings for two to share: - a rich appetizer with a platter of quality cured meats and cheeses and well-prepared and delicious fried foods - a plate of polenta (creamy and delicious) - a first course of truffle ravioli (outstanding) - a first course of pici with white meat ragù - a meat dish of the day (we skipped because we were really full. Yesterday it was Chianina sausage) - a dessert (a tiramisu with sponge cake) - a coffee - a liqueur All for a truly reasonable price. We absolutely recommend it and will definitely be back.

10/10/2025: What can I say? Excellent. One of those places that's always intrigued me, but not close to my house. Had dinner with friends; luckily, there was a free table! Incredible pizza: crispy, flavorful, rich, with a meticulously prepared dough and an extraordinary selection. I also had a steak, cooked to order, with chips or vegetables included (I had chips). It was a lovely, tasty dish. Superb service, and they even offer smaller desserts for those who want to fill up. Yes, I'll be back!
