As a chef who cooks Italian food in Korea, this trip was not just a simple rest, but also a journey to experience and learn about the ‘local taste’ firsthand. But this place…it’s really so delicious. You absolutely must try the gnocchi, and you absolutely must finish with the panna cotta. It’s just…so delicious. On top of that, the owners are really, really kind. The man speaks Korean well and even says “Ttabong👍”! The woman also welcomed me so warmly, which made me feel secure. Later, when I run my own restaurant, I thought I wanted to capture this kind of atmosphere and warmth. It was an unforgettable meal during my trip. Where the crisp air mixes with the scent of authentic cuisine and the deep beat of a bass that vibrates under the stars. That place is the Dolomites Geyser. Don't just call it a restaurant. It's not enough. It is a modern refuge nestled among the soft curves of the Val di Fassa, it is a terrace overlooking infinity where you can toast the sunset with a cocktail designed to excite you. Each dish is a story: short, intense, unforgettable. The ingredients speak Ladin, but the presentation borders on the design. Few dishes, zero compromises. Then comes the evening. And something happens there. The lights dim, the music rises. It doesn't matter if you skied all day or if you went up just out of curiosity. The Dolomites Geyser is like this: a place where the mountains become urban, and the cold is just an excuse to stay a little longer, drink a little better, live a little stronger......and in summer, a cool place to relax.

21/06/2025: My girlfriend and I discovered this restaurant almost by chance, but it immediately became one of those places that stay in your heart. The atmosphere is intimate, with attention to detail but never pretentious - just how we like it. The wine they recommended was a real revelation: fragrant, full-bodied at the right point, perfect to accompany each course. You could feel that behind that bottle there was passion and a careful choice, not made by chance. But the real love at first sight were the bombette: tender, juicy, with a flavor that makes you close your eyes at the first bite. The best we have ever eaten, really. A small masterpiece of the Apulian tradition. Attentive, smiling and never intrusive service. In an already special trip, this restaurant was one of the best moments. We will definitely be back. Highly recommended!

11/05/2025: Raw materials and ingredients are highly sought after. Except that the price still seems high to me: the margherita costs €30 (large, 8 segments), the other pizzas more. I took the one with culatello and tried the one with scallops, both very good. The dessert was good but not great. Good wine (€30 per bottle, the cheapest). In the end €50 each, a great deal for a pizza (small, 4 wedges), a glass of wine and a tiramisu (mediocre) with coffee (I forgot the cup of radicchio and cheese offered as a starter). For the rest, everything OK: excellent and fast service, nice and comfortable room, large car park 50m away
