07/12/2025: We had a fantastic time: - direct slope access turned out to be a life saver, an incredible advantage - right in the city centre, close to restaurants and city - 5min to bus stop - spacious spa and pool and jacuzzi helped soothe our muscles after skiing. the hotel is tiny, so the spa wasn’t crowded - warm indoor parking was also of unexpected great value - breakfast buffet had a variety of eggs, fresh orange juices, salmon, cuts, nuts - more than enough - the room was always warm, so our wet after-ski clothes dried within a couple of hours Totally recommended !

25/11/2025: We stopped for dinner at this place simply because it was on our route. We walked in and our first impression was of a cold, impersonal atmosphere, but we later changed our minds. We ate two pizzas, which we thought were really good and at a fair price. We recommend it.

Special praise goes to the wine selection: Simone's selections won us over, with excellent and unconventional labels, like the Malvasia di Sitges and the Clau de Nell, capable of surprising and perfectly enhancing the gastronomic journey. 15/10/2025: Together with friends on vacation in Palermo, we chose this restaurant to celebrate a very dear friend's birthday! Truly fantastic! Excellent food, friendly and always helpful staff! Everything was delicious! Excellent value for money! Minimal wait time! Upon request, they even had a dessert made for us from their pastry shop... Amazing!! Recommended!

12/10/2025: Perfect wedding! A fantastic location run by wonderful people. The first time we stayed at Nuovo Bosco, it was for a wedding, and we fell in love with it so much that we decided to get married here ourselves. From our first meeting, we appreciated the kindness and professionalism of the staff who manage the estate. Excellent food, impeccable organization, what more could we say? We highly recommend it, whatever your needs (wedding, first communion, birthdays).

30/11/2025: Sunday lunch with a set menu. Excellent food, generous portions, and friendly, helpful staff. They also offered gluten-free and lactose-free options so everyone could eat the same amount of dishes on the menu without missing out. We'll definitely be back.

01/12/2025: The pizzas are huge, the biggest I've ever seen, with a crust that can be up to 5 cm thick. Obviously, not everyone will like them, but I think they're a good choice. On Saturday nights, the average wait is an hour, and some pizzas cost over €10, so they're not exactly cheap, but they're worth a try.

21/11/2025: Thin and very good pizza in a very spartan environment, portions not very abundant but that can also be enough for dinner. Not many seats, nice entrance in a medieval square. Pizza, beer, chips and amaro 20 euros, more than honest!!!

The pizza is excellent: light dough, well-cooked, carefully topped with quality ingredients. It's one of those pizzas you enjoy eating until the last bite without feeling heavy. The dessert was also memorable: delicious, fresh, carefully made, and not just another "just-in-time" dessert. You can tell there's passion even at the end of the meal, and that's always a pleasure. But the real added value of the place is the owner: a very nice, friendly person, the kind who welcomes you with a smile and immediately puts you at ease. That genuine friendliness makes the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, Salicicchia is a place where you eat well and feel good. Perfect for a quiet evening, without frills but with plenty of quality and warm hospitality. Highly recommended!
