10/01/2025: We've been here last December. I highly recommend mushrooms, steak, and pasta. Pasta was really authentic, and amazing. All staffs were really kind, and they tried to say in our langauge. I don't actually know about wine, but their recommendation was perfect. If I have a chance to go to Rome again, i will definitely go here again! Molto grazie

10/01/2025: You can eat really delicious steak. Porcini mushrooms and spinach were also good to eat with the steak. And the wine was really great too. Recommended if you want to truly enjoy steak!

10/01/2025: Review for the restaurant. Om 'd Fer is the result of a well-done renovation of an ancient medieval castle, located in the center of S. Ambrogio and right on the road that leads to the Sacra di S. Michele. The place is very beautiful in the view it offers and in the contrast between the stone and the windows; the room is warm and the tables are far apart from each other. We were also very happy with the food: beautiful proposals, good quality of the raw materials and excellent preparation techniques. The starters are the highlights, with refined flavors and in perfect harmony in their combinations; the former also excellently made and balanced in taste (only some doubts about the quality of the prawns used); the second courses were also good (with the exception of the pumpkin with fondue which I didn't particularly like). The Barbera is also excellent. Overall I would give 4.5 on the food, with a fifth star which I don't feel I can give for three aspects: 1) Courteous service, but detached and never with a smile, almost intimidating (this was pointed out to me by more than one diner) 2) The portions on some starters or main courses seemed too small to me (first courses all ok) 3) At a table with 10 seats and 400 euros for lunch, they charged a 1 year old child €2 cover charge for the mere use of the stool to sit at the table: for the series "how to get lost in a glass of water ". Note: If you bring a cake you will be charged 1.50 per person for cutting.

31/12/2024: Cena di Capodanno: sono vegetariana e mi hanno preparato un menù favoloso. Il locale è stupendo e ben curato. Servizio al top. Cibo ottimo e non banale. Lo consiglio vivamente. Bravi!!

21/12/2024: Ottima scoperta.. Di passaggio per un weekend fuori porta. Ambiente familiare con staff giovane, preparato e molto molto gentile, capace di consigliarti e suggerirti. Piatti freschi della tradizione con ingredienti ottimi e preparati alla perfezione. Che dire se non complimenti davvero.

18/12/2024: After the visit to the sanctuary we stopped at Al Pellegrino for lunch, well, what can I say... everything was delicious, the truffle risotto was a bomb as was the cod and the millefeuille, an excellent choice for people with celiac disease or those intolerant to gluten, the service is top!! friendliness, helpfulness and professionalism, good guys!!!

08/01/2025: Fantastic pizza place with a wonderful staff. The pizza dough was amazing and every pizza was meticulously created with care....We may have been spying into the kitchen.... They gave dough to the kids to play with and to top it all off.... the waffle dessert was to die for. I don't normally enjoy dessert and we ordered two more to go.

22/12/2024: The very kind owner. The arepa is good and filling. The ingredients are not homogeneous. Two arepas, 2 Venezuelan beers, 1 mixed fry and 1 fried yucca €44. Too expensive. I expected something more for this price.

06/01/2025: I spent a wonderful evening with my mother to celebrate an event, I breathed in the passion of the chef who often came to the table to have a discussion, doing the same job, having met him gave me energy and I thank him now for this. I recommend this place to those who want to open up to trying a different experience from the usual restaurants.

28/12/2024: Pase. Falta apreciación del cliente. Coordinación de la cocina terrible. Acabamos con una botella de vino (en 2 ) antes de ver nuestra pasta. Lleva tu negocio a otro lugar.

22/12/2024: Serata piacevole, personale molto gentile, menù con scelta giustamente ristretta per puntare sulla qualità. Atmosfera davvero gradevole. Giusto un piccolo appunto: ordinando un calice di champagne magari si può far vedere la bottiglia. Posizione assolutamente centrale in Trento ma in una piazzetta super tranquilla. Comunque consigliato!
