21/10/2025: Gorgeous and authentic ischian restaurant, excellent food and excellent service - we absolutely loved it, thank you!

12/10/2025: A restaurant a bit out of the way, but within walking distance of the city center in about 15 minutes. The restaurant is small but cozy, located in a basement. The tiny mezzanine, with a few tables, is charming, creating a sense of distance from the rest of the space below. Outdoor seating is available, weather permitting. The menu is excellent, not overly varied or elaborate, yet very interesting. Traditional dishes, more or less elaborate, are well-proportioned. The wine list is good. The staff is friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Parking is available. The price/quality ratio is decent.

05/12/2025: I went to Clessidra for my graduation lunch. They opened the restaurant just for us, and it was wonderful to have such an intimate setting on such an important day for me. All the dishes were delicious, including the homemade dessert! Highly recommended; we plan to return soon for dinner.

The seafood appetizer was fresh and tasty, the seafood paccheri and scampi ravioli were truly delicious and beautifully presented. The light and crispy fried fish was the icing on the cake. Service was fast, attentive, and very attentive. Highly recommended! 🌟🍽️

05/10/2025: My wife and I have tried a few michelin starred restaurants and this one stands out, cannot recommend it highly enough. They explain how their farm works, the dairy production/crops/animals. They talked about how the uneaten food is recycled to their animals. They talked about how they were using ingredients in non traditional ways to stick to their farm to table ethos (such as preparing celery in such a way as to get sugar out of it). Really fascinating stuff. The food was absolutely phenomenal. We loved the amuse bouche with peas (pictured). Their rye bread and butter were incredibly special (pictured). The main was beef tongue w/ this herbal ragout that was fantastic. A wonderful surprise was being able to see their cheese making in the basement while having the housemade cheese course (pictured). They were kind and flexible to dietary restrictions and the amount of alcohol you wanted to drink (you could order a wine pairing or just glass-by-glass pairings with your meal. the wine pairing was like 8-10, my wife got 3). I made reservations a couple weeks prior to our vacation there, no issue.

30/09/2025: The place is very well decorated and aesthetically pleasing, even if it's small/not very roomy. Overall, I'd call it welcoming. When I want something to eat, I can't help but think of Panino a Modo Tuo, a simple yet high-quality place. The ingredients are evidently very fresh, and the sandwich combinations are practically endless. The staff is very friendly, always ready to offer advice, and always smiling and joking. Ultimately, it's a place where you can escape to eat something simple yet delicious and of excellent quality, accompanied by a good beer, all according to your personal preferences; let's not forget the prices, which are well below average.

14/12/2025: On this fantastic trip, our Virgilio was Gianluca (a Ducatista at heart) and our Beatrice was Catalina. A wonderful and unforgettable experience. Everything was taken care of down to the smallest detail! Oh yes, congratulations also to the chef and sommelier!

18/11/2025: A modern and quiet restaurant in a central location in Naples, with exquisite food and impeccable service, and friendly and helpful staff. The meat is excellent—the arrosticini are delicious—and so is the selection of desserts. Highly recommended!

05/12/2025: Came here for dinner. We were given the dinner. The food was amazing, you could taste the live this family run restaurant puts into their food. We ordered the tagliatelle Bolognese, the grilled veal, and artichoke salad and a ravioli Bolognese.Everything was so delicious we wound up ordering another of the tagliatelle. The veal was cooked perfectly. We feel so lucky we came ipong this fily owned restaurant in our search for a place to eat in our short time in Torino. The feeling was a friendly and kind family environment, service was great. I would stop and stay in Torino just to eat here again every time I am in Italy. Thank you Alba for the best meal I have had in Italy so far in 5 days between Florence and Torino.
