06/05/2025: The place is located in the center. Modena, but in a little street away from the streets. The place is a bit small, but with an outdoor area that accommodates several tables. From the name you will understand that they eat cakes, but not only that, there are also biscuits and various delicacies. The cakes are special and very good. Or, of course, there is also a bar service with coffee, ginseng and various drinks. Excellent service and friendly staff. A good place to refresh and rest.

28/04/2025: Very welcoming trattoria, quiet environment with very friendly staff. The cuisine, typical of Lucania, echoes with traditional flavors and aromas. Each dish is a combination of truly unique aromas and flavors! I recommend the "maccheroni mollicati with walnuts and peperone crusco" ... Truly a delight!! A special thanks to Stefano (the owner), who really puts so much passion and professionalism into it. I also recommend this place for the attention lavished on the preparation of gluten-free dishes. TOP

01/05/2025: Splendid evening, super courteous and attentive, many compliments to all the staff for the work done with passion and love for customers. As a wine we chose a Villa Pillo 2019 Syrah with its unmistakable woody note. As a first course, an excellent picio all'aglione, skillfully reduced sauce, raising the taste to 200% As a second course, a Peposo alla fornacina and a cut of beef which to say is really an understatement. Homemade desserts perfect and well balanced. Overall 10/10 no ifs or buts.

27/04/2025: Locale molto curato, degno del proprietario che è molto appassionato del mestiere. Purtroppo ho trovato una qualità molto scarsa sia della materia prima che del metodo della lavorazione. Nulla da dire al servizio: personale molto accorto anche se non attento ai dettagli delle richieste. Carpacci e tartare di crudo non all'altezza del luogo o comunque delle aspettative: preparato qualche ora prima, il pesce quindi non era assolutamente fresco (dal gusto e all'occhio quasi secco) camuffato con chips inutili in un piatto che va servito in purezza. Filetto di sogliola stracotto, camuffato anch'esso con della panna (la panna, anche se vegetale, NEL PESCE NO, VI PREGO!!!!) non indicata nel menu cosi come i vegetali intorno diversi da quanto indicato. Nessuno sconto, neanche dopo aver fatto notare quanto sopra al personale. Non tornerò piu, dopo tanti anni. Peccato

01/10/2024: Finalmente dopo diversi anni che continuavano a consigliarcelo ce l'abbiamo fatta a cenarci!! Il ristoratore è gentilissimo e molto simpatico e con passione ti guida nella scelta dei vari piatti. Porzioni abbondanti e pesce fresco da consumare su una bella terrazza panoramica, cosa si vuole di più??!! Consiglio la pasta fatta in casa e l'antipasto misto di pesce. Prezzo adeguato.

24/04/2025: We went to La Corte degli Dei and we were really excited! We chose the tasting menu based on provolone del Monaco and every dish was a discovery: well-balanced flavors, quality ingredients and a presentation with attention to the smallest details. The staff was very kind and attentive, always present but never intrusive, helping to make the experience even more pleasant. The location is truly unique and suggestive, with a welcoming atmosphere that makes everything even more special. A restaurant that I recommend to those looking for refined cuisine and an experience that involves all the senses.

23/04/2025: Utterly first class dining experience from start to finish. We were recommended this restaurant by our hosts Pietro and Lucia at Al Chiaro Di Luna and they couldn’t have picked a better spot. The service was faultless, friendly, knowledgeable and unfussy: all of the professionalism of a top establishment but without ever approaching over-bearing. The setting is magnificent, the historic surrounds and original features really take the breath away. Of course, all of this could fall into Instagram-friendly, surface-level territory and little else if the food wasn’t up to scratch but it more than matches the scenery and service. We ordered the tasting menu based around the famous local cheese, Provolone del Monaco, and it was a triumph from start to finish. The dishes were sublime, supremely paced and delivered, tied together by a common thread, while wonderful in their own right. Whether it was the playful Chef’s Welcome and final course that bookended the meal, the potato and provolone cappuccino (probably the best starter we’ve ever tasted), the squid linguine, the roast beef of dreams, and a Provolone del Monaco ice cream, we were blown away. In case you had any doubts, the wine list is extensive and excellent, too. If you’re visiting the Amalfi Coast, head to the hills. You’ll find warm hospitality, an escape from the tourist hordes, magnificent views, and, at La Corte Degli Dei, one of the best meals you’re ever likely to enjoy.

02/04/2025: Ich kann über dieses Restaurant nur Positives berichten. Das Essen, typische piemonteser Küche mit handgemachter Pasta von der Mamma, war ausgezeichnet, der Service speditiv und zuvorkommend und das Ambiente sehr gepflegt und stilvoll. Die Auswahl an Weinen lässt einem Weinliebhaber das Herz höher schlagen. Und alles zu einem angemessenen Preis. Ein spezielles Dankeschön gilt Carlo, der uns spontan ein Glas "Ai Suma" zum Probieren spendierte. Ein wahrer Hochgenuss, nachdem wir bereits eine Flasche Bricco dell'Uccellone getrunken hatten. Wir werden dieses Restaurant bei der nächsten Reise ins Piemont bestimmt wieder besuchen.

20/04/2025: Refined and high quality food. We chose the traditional menu and the quality-price ratio was excellent! The bread was amazing. 02.03.2025 I confirm this restaurant as one of the best in the whole area, which has now become a fixed stop before going up towards Foppolo. Careful choice of raw materials and excellent dishes. There is a constant change of menu over the months and careful research into the dishes. (I went four times and each time at least two dishes were different from the previous time) I recommend the visit!

Il percorso è bellissimo, dall’ amuse bouche fino all’ultima cioccolatina col caffè. C’è tango, e tutto buono. Bravi!

13/05/2025: I often go here to taste a good pasta. It is in the city center and you are able to get a table easily. The wine is good, you may choose one after tasting two different types. They offer some bread with olive oil before your dish arrives, it is a good solution if you are very hungry.
