10/01/2025: Very nice and clean place, it feels like entering a private home, the very kind and friendly owner is the Queen of the house. The cuisine is classic Piedmontese, obviously including the classic Carrù boiled meat. The prices are slightly high but given the quality of the raw materials they are correct. The even more beautiful note is that he gave me the opportunity to stop and sleep in his garden with the camper, so I could taste his excellent wine. I will definitely be back!

22/12/2024: An apparently simple but very refined place, sober but welcoming and with attention to every detail, recently renovated. Upstairs small two-room B&B. Vaulted ceilings and very accurate details, from the cupboards to the bathroom to the decorative furniture. Small creative, elegant touches, placed in an only apparently random way. Professional, competent and extremely courteous staff. Table service with attention to the smallest details. Presentation of dishes with refined touches. Very courteous chef and very willing to exchange opinions, questions, explanations and mutual anecdotes. We had a more than pleasant chat for over an hour. Truly remarkable Nebbiolo wine. Superfine foods, from tasty to delicate ones, the boiled menu is abundant with a choice of 6 different sauces, each with a very pleasant flavour. Food all sourced from neighboring areas. From the first courses, to the second courses with side dishes, to the dessert: a feast for the palate. Structure immersed in an almost bucolic context despite the cold season. Outdoor tables with an inviting and pleasant air for an experience of quiet serenity. An experience absolutely to be repeated with extreme satisfaction.

26/12/2024: I was disappointed. Given the few dishes that are generally synonymous with accuracy and quality, in this case they represented exactly the opposite. Insignificant starters and barely acceptable first courses (tasteless raviolone and spaghetti with clams, very salty and with a bit of sand and a few broken shells). We weren't even offered a second one, but I fear it was more the desire to close than to satisfy customers. However the staff were friendly!

25/11/2024: Ero stato alcuni anni fa, almeno una decina , d'estate, allora il rapporto qualità prezzo mi sembrava buono. Pranzo con amici, tavolata di 12 persone, accoglienza e sistemazione buona per non disturbare e non essere disturbati. Incuriositi abbiamo assaggiato molto fiduciosi non solo i nostri piatti Ma....... la battuta al coltello sembrava più tritata , mi sarei aspettato di più. La lingua tenerissima e bagnetto buono. Tagliolini col tartufo ..... un po' scotti ! Sopravvalutato il prezzo 65 euro Tagliolini con in funghi non mi hanno impressionato, non una esplosione di sapori Costolette di agnello buone "Tenerone" tipo stracotto un po' durone. Il cavallo non lo ho capito, e io adoro la carne di cavallo. Dolci discreti. Media degli ordini : 1 antipasto e 1 piatto, dolci presi in 6 su 12, giro di brut aperitivo (offerto) 1 magnum di Bacialè e 1 bottigla di Ruchè, 3 bicchieri di moscato, caffè. Conto +/- 79,1 a testa. Digerito benissimo. Allora: se non fossimo di Alessandria (anche se sparsi per il mondo) e non conoscessimo la cucina del nostro territorio potrebbe anche andare abbastanza bene perché non va male. Ma in Alessandria si può mangiare così spendendo meno o pagare così mangiando meglio. Ero entusiasta dell' idea ma da un posto così mi aspetto di più, semplicemente. Quindi do 3/10 perché i lati positivi ci sono, ma non siamo turisti stranieri, così ci siamo sentiti (strana sensazione). Non mi spinge a tornare ma cercherò di ritornare, perché gestire un ristorante è difficile, perché la domenica a pranzo è difficile, perché le critiche fatte e lette sono in linea con quanto da me sopra scritto ma devono essere un consiglio, non leoni da tastiera!

27/12/2024: Piatti ottimi senza glutine! Hanno una vasta scelta per i celiaci, dagli antipasti ai dolci e anche le pizze, hanno le basi pronte GF che si possono farcire come si vuole. Io ho provato la carbonara, una tagliata servita sulla piastra con contorno di patate croccanti e verdure e infine tiramisù. Una nota importante per la carbonara che ho promosso a pieni voti con guanciale croccante e fatta con uova locali. Oltre a tutto questo si aggiunge un personale super gentile e accogliente! 12/01/2025: This restaurant was a really pleasant discovery. We chose Wine Art to celebrate my sister's birthday, there were twelve of us. The quality of the food was extraordinary; it's rare that I like all the dishes (starter, first course and second course), but in this case it was like that. The fish was very fresh and each dish prepared with great attention. Another aspect that deserves mention is the courtesy and availability of the staff, always ready to satisfy our every request with a smile. The environment is clean and welcoming, ideal for those looking for a lunch or dinner in total tranquility. Excellent value for money. I will definitely come back

21/01/2025: Typical Tuscan tavern, in a location outside the tourist circuits and a stone's throw from the panoramic Piazzale Michelangelo. The restaurant, run by two brothers, offers typical traditional dishes. Excellent quality and genuine taste. I especially recommend the first courses. Great professionalism, friendliness... we left with full bellies and satisfied!
