15/01/2025: The Trammiere pizzeria is a real jewel for take-away pizza lovers! I tried two pizzas and was really impressed by how good they were. The owner, who is also the pizza chef, was extremely kind and helpful, modifying some characteristics of the pizzas on the menu and adding ingredients to my liking. The place is characteristic and all Maradona themed. When you enter it is small, but welcoming, and seems to also have an external room and an upper room for those who wish to sit. I went after receiving excellent recommendations and I can say that it did not disappoint me at all. Even the next day, the pizzas were spectacular! The dough is high and really tasty. I highly recommend stopping by the Trammiere, you won't regret it!

11/01/2025: Oggi dopo lunghe peripezie, siamo riusciti a pranzare in questo ristorante, veramente speciale, il proprietario Luca, è fenomenale poi lorenzo il cameriere vermentino in gamba, cibo buonissimo consiglio carciofi alla Giudia, Filetti di baccalà e gnocchi alla zucca. spettacolari. 31/01/2025: We dropped in for lunch after doing the tour of the caves. Piero was a wonderful host. The food was fabulous, the meat sauce was incredible. We also had the pleasure of meeting Maria-Piero’s wife and the sole chef of this wonderful restaurant. We were so thankful that we stumbled upon this gem. Don’t hesitate to go, you will not be disappointed

26/01/2025: We spent Sunday for lunch at Cesarino 36. We had a great time. The place is welcoming, not confusing, very relaxing. Excellent cleanliness. Professional, friendly staff: they put you at ease and advise you on the best delicacies prepared. What can I say...all very good. It deserves more than five stars.

31/01/2025: I'm definitely biased, because now I can say that I feel at HOME every time I'm here. But I still want to tell the truth and pause for a moment, the quality and attention to detail is no small feat. From the moment you arrive, the atmosphere is always welcoming and relaxing, and the service is impeccable. The staff are extremely friendly, always attentive but never intrusive. Also attentive to any customer request or need. Each dish is an explosion of fresh and well-balanced flavours, demonstrating a true passion for cooking. You can see that each ingredient is carefully chosen, and the preparation is done with great attention and passion. It is really RARE to find a place that manages to combine quality, courtesy and a good atmosphere so perfectly. As for their tongs, the base is light and crunchy, it is a real delight: it never weighs down and has a rich but delicate flavour, thanks to the long leavening and the choice of high quality flours. Each bite is a perfect combination of soft texture in the center and crunchiness at the edges. Definitely an option to consider for those looking for a lighter and tastier version of the usual pizza. And another positive note (personally tested) the dough does not cause large glycemic changes like a pizza. The top quality and 0 km ingredients. The fried foods (tasted all) are one better than the other and you are spoiled for choice. Each piece, whether croquette, supplì, arancino or mozzarella in carrozza, is perfectly golden and crunchy, without being at all greasy. The breading is light and crunchy, but at the same time it never covers the flavor of the very fresh ingredients. And finally the desserts which are all excellent, but the tiramisu remains in my heart. I know that every time I want to bring my friends here I feel at home and believe me that's no small thing.

20/01/2025: An incredible find, if I could give 6 stars I would! Very kind staff, exceptional tongs... the best I've tasted so far and certainly the best in the area! I also recommend the tiramisu, really excellent. When things are done with the heart, you can feel it... and you can feel it. Compliments!

Everything was perfect, the food, the wine, the service and the cuddles received during the evening because those who cook with love transmit it onto the plate ❣️... thank you for everything!!

05/01/2025: We went to this restaurant on December 31st for lunch, and despite the preparations for the dinner that same evening, both the service and the food were impeccable. We chose the 4-course tasting menu chosen by the chef, who was welcoming, helpful and attentive to our needs. Refined dishes and above all, made based on the seasonality of the products. The octopus tortelli amatriciana and the stuffed squid are highly recommended. Fair prices that reflect the work and attention behind each dish. Fantastic experience. We'll be back

The food is of excellent quality, with a lot of attention to the presentation of the dishes and the portions are generous. The staff is attentive to customer needs without being at all intrusive. The correct price. If you pass through Tirano it is advisable to take a break in this restaurant.

19/01/2025: The food was really great! We tried the sciatt, the pizzoccheri and the eliche with venison ragout! Everything was delicious and among other things the plate of pizzoccheri was really plentiful and I had a hard time finishing it! We also had the pistachio crème brulé for dessert and that too was a very pleasant surprise! I noticed that the prices are more or less the same as in the area, but I thought the €7 dessert was a bit excessive, as was the €2.50 cover charge. The environment is very quiet, clean and welcoming and the staff are friendly

21/12/2024: Michelin-starred restaurant with a well-priced menu that allows you to get to know their wonderful cuisine without necessarily having to feel intimidated by astronomical prices. The food is incredible: a worthy mention for the egg and the first courses, very good. The second courses are not up to par, although they are still excellent. Friendly, helpful and attentive staff. Extensive wine list with a wide variety of prices. The sommelier was also very knowledgeable and helpful. We will definitely be back!
