02/01/2025: Having seen it on the internet I thought this is where I want to go, a very good choice. Excellent food of super quality (of the tradition of the Emilian mountains, the innkeeper (I am the owner) is exactly what I wanted to find, friendly, knowledgeable and truly Emilian. If it were a little closer I would go back every now and then. I WILL DEFINITELY REMEMBER

01/12/2024: Centro storico di Chiusi, è l’ora di pranzo di una fredda domenica di inizio dicembre. Non abbiamo prenotato, ma i proprietari (marito e moglie) si danno da fare per trovare un tavolo per due. Scelta ottima, a giudicare da quello che abbiamo provato (poche cose ma buone e preparate con cura): cacio e pere, pici all’aglione, zuppa di zucca e farro, e spinaci ripassati in padella insaporiti dall’aglione della Valdichiana. Porzioni giuste per appetiti normali, servizio gentile, prezzi in linea con la qualità dei piatti. Torneremo con più tempo a disposizione per provare altre proposte del menù.

25/11/2024: Io e la mia famiglia eravamo diretti a Teramo quando, a metà strada, abbiamo deciso di fermarci a pranzo in qualche ristorante del teramano. Non conoscendo la zona, per scegliere ci siamo affidati a tripadvisor. Da subito mi avevano colpito le ottime recensioni offerte da altri avventori al ristorante “la tacchinella” e quindi abbiamo intrapreso la strada collinare per Canzano, una deliziosa cittadina dal carattere medievale. La location, situata proprio all’ingresso del centro storico, ricorda una cantina in pietra e la saletta dove eravamo accomodati era tranquilla e riservata. Il cibo é eccezionale: abbiamo preso fettuccine con funghi e tartufi; due grigliate miste e mezzo chilo di tagliata di manzo di una qualità superba. Un grazie particolare ai ragazzi che ci hanno servito, cioè Davide, Francesca e Antonietta che sono stati molto disponibili, competenti ed educati. Il conto, per rapporto qualità-prezzo, é stato più che giusto, avendo noi pagato 35 euro a testa avendo mangiato due antipasti, 4 primi, 4 secondi e 2 dolci il tutto superbo. Consiglio vivamente questo locale,che può insegnare molto agli altri come fare buona ristorazione.

09/01/2025: If we could give more than 5 stars we would. The most exquisite dinning experience we’ve had in Milan by far! Daniel and Lorenzo were so kind, patient and informative- and the food was superb. We can’t wait to be back!

08/12/2024: We went to Il Giglio for lunch and had a great time, we ate the risotto with pumpkin, cabbage and chestnuts which was delicious, the place is original and the staff were very kind! We will be back soon.

11/01/2025: A truly excellent hotel with high cost-performance run by a lovely family. We felt very welcomed with warm and kind service. The room was actually much larger than it appeared in photos (we usually have the opposite problem) and the spa was to die for. The ski-in ski-out access was perfect, with the best (brand new) ski locker we've ever seen. Access to hiking trails was also great. I can recommend the half-board option, which was a tasty treat to come home to every day. My only small suggestion would be having the spa open earlier in the day or allowing for private reservation (even for a fee) of the spa when it is not open to all guests. It might be nice to have more time available to enjoy the amazing amenities with a more relaxing vibe. Thank you for a fantastic stay - we will hope to be back!

27/12/2024: A pleasant discovery. A few kilometers from the Colleferro toll booth exit you will find this structure surrounded by greenery and tranquility. Very kind and knowledgeable staff, welcoming environment, everything that arrived at the table was excellent and in the end a bill commensurate with what was ordered. Definitely a restaurant to include in your favorites and recommend.

24/11/2024: Truly fascinating place: environment inspired by American rock culture but with a touch of class well represented by the piano and gramophone next to which we were sitting. Varied menu focused on local cuisine and meats. Different varieties of beef including the most refined and expensive ones. Therefore an ideal restaurant for connoisseurs. Much appreciated bitters at the end of the meal! Attentive and helpful staff and an affable and professional manager. Small car park next to the restaurant, average prices.
