14/12/2025: A fantastic experience for all the senses! Each dish exudes the creative inspiration and mastery of its execution. The waiters are incredibly kind and professional. The sommelier is truly top-notch and very friendly. The dishes are creative and elegant, with attention to every detail. Highly recommended and definitely worth repeating. Top, top!

27/09/2025: About a month ago, we had both breakfast and lunch there and were satisfied on both occasions.
The products used are fresh and authentic, and handled with great care. Try the pici alla gricia, their original panzanella, and their robust and fragrant olive oil.
The coffee is also excellent.
The staff is friendly and courteous, and the place is centrally located.
Definitely recommended.

26/11/2025: Warm and relaxing atmosphere. Great knowledge and expertise in the world of beer. The burgers were excellent, as were the desserts and all the beers we tried.
23/11/2025: A chat. The atmosphere is beautiful and very well-kept. The service was kind and professional, and the attention given to me after I mentioned a food allergy.
I really appreciated the interest in suggesting one product over another.
Regarding the craft beer selection, I would expand the offering a bit, perhaps with more local craft beers.
The menu is very interesting. It makes me want to return.
Reservations are recommended, given the limited seating.
Rating: 8.5.
To be confirmed as soon as I get another chance to return.

07/11/2025: No visit to Volterra is complete without trying one of these panini. They are traditionally made with great care and attention to detail. The selection is so vast that it's hard to choose.
It would be interesting to know how many decades this panini shop has been here.
26/10/2025: Great sandwiches at reasonable prices. You can choose from a selection of pre-made options or create your own. The staff is friendly and eager to help you choose the ingredients. A basic understanding of Italian definitely helped, but it wasn't necessary, as the staff was helpful to everyone. :) I recommend it.

09/12/2025: A beautiful restaurant with a view of the surrounding hills and vineyards. The welcome was excellent, and an intolerance issue reported when booking was immediately resolved.
You can choose à la carte, or alternatively choose one of two local menus; we chose one of these.
The aforementioned menu included an appetizer, exquisite veal with tuna sauce, a first course of agnolotti del plin or tagliolini with ragù, both delicious, cheek with melt-in-your-mouth mashed potatoes, and finally vanilla ice cream with zabaglione.
Coffee with a small pastry.
Adequate service and uncommon courtesy.
The bill was in line with the quality of the restaurant.
We were very satisfied with the experience.
09/12/2025: Excellent dishes, very relaxed atmosphere. Prices are obviously linked to the UNESCO Langhe heritage.

09/10/2025: A unique place in terms of location, cuisine, and friendliness. The only downside is that it's closed in the winter, so I can't go back.
30/09/2025: A lovely place with a warm, family-like atmosphere, yet the food is refined and delicious. The breads served at the start were especially tasty and unique to the restaurant. Very pleasant to sit and enjoy, and they welcomed us even without a reservation. Highly recommende

03/12/2025: Everything was perfect, the service was very attentive. The room is small, so it can get a bit noisy when it's full. The dishes were all very well prepared and tasty (the pesto alla trapanese was absolutely unmissable).
29/11/2025: A great experience. We had classic Trapani couscous and the pasta with sardines was exceptional!
The second course, octopus, was also perfectly cooked with a sauce that takes you back home.
The staff were friendly and helpful.
