I went to Santo Spirito restaurant for a romantic dinner with my wife. It's a welcoming place, with knowledgeable, smiling staff who made us feel like we were among friends. The owners shared some stories about the restaurant's history with us. The food is excellent, with a blend of tradition and innovation. Highly recommended, as the price is in line with the quality of the food and service.

I cannot say enough about how amazing this place is. The proprietors are so kind. The hotel is quaint and centrally located. We were visiting with family in the area and they took good care of us and our family. The food is superb. My father is a chef in his own right and said the pork was the best he had ever tasted. The pasta is excellent. The wine is delicious. They have homemade wines and aperitif. You really don’t want to miss this place. I travel a lot and this place is on the top of my list to visit again. Very affordable. Great atmosphere. Lively and fun. Very clean.

20/05/2026: We discovered this place while wandering around the village of Triora, and it really made a great impression. The atmosphere is simple but welcoming, everything is very clean and well-kept, with friendly and helpful staff who immediately make you feel at ease. The menu isn't very extensive, but precisely because of this, every dish seems prepared with care and quality. We particularly enjoyed the excellent first courses and the desserts, which rounded off the meal perfectly. The prices are absolutely in line with the quality offered. A genuine place we'd gladly return to.
