The place is pleasant, quiet, and has a simple atmosphere. There's an open terrace and a semi-basement. The food is delicious; everything I tried—squid salad, Iskitan-style rabbit, dessert, and wine—was delicious. It's easily accessible by public transportation. It's a 10-minute walk from the bus stop. I was there on June 6, 2026.

Food 10/10 Service 10/10 another perfetto hit for Ischia. The whole team was so great! I want to give a special shout out to Michele for being an excellent server. The mussel soup was so good. The clam spaghetti hit the spot just right. For dessert I just had to get the Al Baba and it was heavenly. I would say much better than what I had in Napoli.

A small but very well-kept restaurant. The staff is welcoming, helpful, and very kind. The food is excellent, well-cooked and beautifully presented. The wines and desserts are also excellent. I recommend booking, but don't miss out on this experience.

We had possibly our best meal in Italy at Cantinando during our recent vacation. This is a cozy restuarant with a beautiful exposed stone interior. We were treated to a a lovely amuse bouche. My wife and I shared the tuna tartare with passion fruit. We cleaned the plate. My wife had the spagghettoni with a seafood ragu, lemon and a pistacchio dust which was amazing. I had the a white fish fillet with crispy skin and fresh minced vegetables, outstanding. We shared a delicious pistacchio mousse for dessert. It was obvious that the owners and staff want their guests to have a wonderful meal. The service was great, friendly and knowledgeable. We asked for recommendations on both wine and food and were not disappointed. This restaurant is slightly off the beaten path and well worth it.

Highly recommended. A must-see. Reservations are essential, as there are very few tables. The food is divine. Excellent value for money. Excellent wines. The owner is super friendly, kind, and polite. Truly a good person. Not to be missed.
