As someone who has traveled to more than 30 countries and stayed in many different hotels, I can confidently say that this is one of the nicest hotels I’ve experienced. We reserved a mini suite, and it exceeded our expectations. The room was spotless, very well equipped, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. The view from the balcony was absolutely stunning. The food was delicious, and the staff were warm, welcoming, and accommodating to all our needs. We are very happy we chose this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful week as a family at the Hotel Freina, which we highly recommend. The Kostner family and their team did everything to make our stay enjoyable with great kindness.
The meals were very good, especially the breakfast...
The only slight drawback was our dining area, which wasn't near the bay windows and therefore didn't offer a view, and it was in a very hot corner...

We had another wonderful week at the Freina Mountain Lifestyle Hotel. We've been happy guests for years. The sunny ski week is one of our most anticipated highlights of the year.
The service, food, and rooms were, as always, fantastic!

Super nice place (for after skiing). View of the slopes, in the sun. Good food! Nice to read the family history on the menu. Nice and friendly service.
