The rooms are simple and appropriate to the context (ecumenical centre), the cuisine is honest and traditional with genuine flavors and generous portions. For those who would like to broaden their search for well-being, a few minutes from the "Polse" you will also find the Arta Spa where you can take excellent relaxing baths. In conclusion, for those who want to regenerate body and soul this is the right place. Well done!

Found this restaurant when leaving St. Pietro Church at 13:00. It is a very inviting place. The menu is not big but food was very tasty and prices are fair. The white wine was awesome. Service was friendly and restrooms were clean. The botanical garden beside is a very nice complement. Totally recommended.

We visited the botanical garden, really vast with an impressive cataloging work but it would need a little more maintenance. We stopped at the restaurant... traditional dishes, pleasant and tasty!

Abbiamo soggiornato qui alla Polse con i nostri nipoti diversi giorni. Siamo stati benissimo. Un'oasi di pace e silenzio per chi vuole trascorrere qualche giorno di meditazione. Tutto al top. Dalle camere, alla ristorazione e alla posizione stupenda e strategica della struttura.. Tutto il personale super gentile. Il prezzo è più che onesto. Adiacente alla struttura vi è un osservatorio astronomico (visita previa prenotazione) e un orto botanico bellissimo. Daniele e Fabiana con Lorenzo e Angela

Absolute place to visit. I'll be back as soon as I can because it has everything I'm looking for... pure air, tranquility and a restaurant where you can eat very well. The very young managers deserve to be rewarded for their skill, kindness and good food.
