08/01/2026: Beautiful place in San Daniele del Friuli. The only drawback is the limited seating inside and the tables are too close together. But there's a great outdoor space for cooler days.

27/02/2026: Wandering around Palmanova, we found this charming little restaurant. The food was excellent, the cod Vicenza-style was fantastic, the tartare was excellent, and of course, the prosciutto crudo. The wines were EXCELLENT. The lady was very helpful in offering recommendations and, understanding our tastes, made us feel at home.

Everything was simply perfect: excellent cuisine that won over every guest, and a magical location, an enchanting oasis in the middle of nowhere, capable of leaving everyone speechless. Every detail was taken care of with love and great professionalism. A special thank you to Romina and Moira, who gave us a dream wedding that we will cherish forever.

11/03/2026: Hosteria Alla Vecchia Pesa in Orgnano is a traditional Friulian restaurant, combining the rustic charm of yesteryear with a contemporary focus on quality ingredients. The dishes are excellent and varied. The service is courteous and efficient.

20/02/2026: Hosteria Alla Vecchia Pesa is one of those places that immediately makes you feel at home, and then completely wins you over with its food. From the starters of local cold cuts and cheeses to the first courses of the Friulian tradition, every dish is well prepared, generous, and made with excellent local ingredients. The main courses change with the seasons and let you try both hearty traditional cuisine and slightly more creative dishes, always well executed. The homemade desserts are excellent too, and so is the wine. The atmosphere of the osteria is warm and welcoming: the rustic interior, the village of Orgnano, and the friendly service create the ideal setting for a dinner with friends or as a couple. The staff are kind, attentive without being intrusive, and know how to recommend both the daily specials and the wines to pair.

31/01/2026: Welcoming and clean place, friendly and fast staff. Very good dishes, local cuisine but also revisited with palate-pleasing variations. Overall, the prices are fair, considering the quantity and quality of the food. Recommended!

11/12/2025: While visiting Cividale, I stopped for lunch at this tavern, just steps from the Devil's Bridge and just as close to the Celtic Hypogeum and the Lombard Temple. It's a fantastic location. It was a very pleasant little step back in time. The atmosphere is lovely, the staff is very helpful and attentive, and the service is very fast. I had the veal cheeks with mushrooms and polenta. Delicious.

07/04/2026: Excellent hotel, spotlessly clean, convenient location. Large, well-equipped rooms. It's a shame about the limited number of electrical outlets—very few, none at the bedside. But they can easily fix that. Highly recommended.

23/03/2026: Located in Maiaso in Carnia, this osteria offers truly excellent food. I already knew the place, and I must say it never disappoints. The selection isn't extensive, but everything is expertly prepared. The owner is very friendly, and the staff were very kind and attentive to all our needs. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended!

14/04/2026: New and bright restaurant, plenty of seating, and a menu featuring meat, fish, and pizza. Many customers also ordered pizza, and it looked very inviting. The fish was fresh and tasty, and as much as I love spaghetti with clams, they were delicious, not too greasy, and quite full of clams. I give them an 8 out of 10. The lemon delight was good. Having heard of Sal di Riso's, it's difficult to say, but I still recommend ordering it if you like it. A 7 out of 10. The staff was super friendly and attentive, and the restrooms were clean and well-maintained. Prices are perhaps average for the area, but living in Emilia, they seem fairly standard and not outrageous. If you stop by, I recommend the seafood appetizer; it was mouth-watering!

26/02/2026: Excellent cuisine, truly talented... I go there very often... simple fish recipes, as they should be when the produce is fresh... I recommend it if you want to eat well and spend a reasonable amount in Lignano Pineta.

18/11/2025: Delicious pistachio pasta at fair prices. You can get a table relatively quickly, even when it's busy, and the food is very tasty! They also have delicious limoncello spritz!
