The pork with agli pistachio sauce has a hint of orange - beautiful and my guanciale salato with pistachio was great too. A little austere decor and rather bright lighting was my only observation.
Great service, not too be missed.
04/10/2025: The location is beautiful and exclusive. The menu is excellent, and the dishes are both beautiful and delicious. The service is attentive, even recommending the right wine. Prices are reasonable. The only thing that could be improved is the room's ventilation system.

06/12/2025: Fantastic place. Close to the main road from Udine to Cormons. There's ample outdoor parking. The restaurant is very large and well-maintained. We arrived late for closing time, but they still served us without any problem. The dishes were delicious. We had seafood pasta, fried calamari, steaks, and pizzas. Everything was really good. The service was also excellent. Excellent value. When it came time to pay, the owner offered everyone a complimentary amaro. Wonderful experience. I'll definitely be back.
05/11/2025: The pizza is always good, and the restaurant dishes aren't bad either. Service is friendly and fairly accurate; however, I did happen to ask for a white pizza and it came without mozzarella.
When it's that crowded, the place gets really chaotic, but there's little you can do about it.

04/12/2025: When looking for a restaurant, I also make sure it's not in the middle of the crowds, and this one, isolated in the middle of the Friuli plain, is ideal. What's more, the food is good, with some traditional Bavarian dishes, thanks to the kind owner, who is of German origin. As soon as I return to this area, I'll happily stop by again.
15/11/2025: Beautiful location surrounded by greenery, clean and welcoming.
The staff were friendly and helpful, but unfortunately the food didn't meet our expectations. The pork tenderloin was more of a meatloaf, and the venison could be improved. The red wine, unfortunately, was awful. We paid a little too much for the quality of the food. We'll try again.

03/10/2025: Delicious homemade products for takeout. They have everything from yogurt to aged cheeses; the ricotta is sublime. Very crowded on Sunday lunchtime, but well-organized.
14/09/2025: Traditional dishes with authentic flavors.
The herb-filled Cjarsons, frico, and goulash are excellent.
The desserts are also delicious, including strudel and fried forest fruit tart. Highly recommended.

18/11/2025: We celebrated our baby's baptism at Quindo. Mrs. Marie and her son were there for us from the start, from choosing the menu to setting up the small dining room. There were only a few of us, so they reserved a space for us where we could have our privacy and enjoy lunch as a family.
The staff were kind and knowledgeable, accommodating all our requests. The food was delicious and of excellent quality.
We had such a great time that we returned for lunch several Sundays later, and I must say our impressions have remained unchanged. We highly recommend it.

20/11/2025: I was in the area for work and tried this place for the first time.
Upon entering, you immediately sense the family atmosphere and good food.
I had tagliolini with mushrooms and tagliata... the first was good, but the tagliata was exceptional!!
At lunchtime, the place is frequented by many foreigners, who I saw enjoying the pizza and fish dishes.
When I'm in the area again, I'll definitely stop by.

15/11/2025: Today, while searching online for takeout, I came across this place for the first time, so I ordered some food from Margio'. From the moment I booked, I noticed the courtesy and professionalism, which was fully confirmed by the quality of the meal I received. A very positive experience, which I would recommend without hesitation.
