The staff were friendly and helpful, but above all, the food I ate was exceptional. My compliments to the chef were that I wanted to take him out of the kitchen to shake his hand and congratulate him. The food was gourmet.

And the place seems very popular with locals! We crossed the border during a trip to Slovenia because we were fed up with Slovenian "cuisine" and needed a proper meal. And there, you'll find Italian quality! A great time!

A charming place with well-prepared and carefully prepared cuisine, so much so that the dishes are an elixir of wonderful sensations on the palate. Excellent service with a kindness towards us customers beyond all expectations. Highly recommended. Normal price considering the location. Super friendly service, very nice atmosphere inside.
The food was also very good, especially considering the price.
I don't usually like pumpkin, but the pumpkin prepared and served here was delicious, and I'd happily eat it again.

Bar Trattoria Miramonti wouldn't look out of place in any large city: a true gem.
I called to make a reservation and was greeted with energy and cheerfulness. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a smile and great kindness.
The service was perfect: appetizers arrived together, as did the first and second courses, at well-timed intervals. The staff was attentive, organized, and present without being intrusive.
I chose a tartare with orange ice cream and marinated ginger. The meat was excellent quality, no complaints there. Personally, however, I would have preferred a homemade marinated ginger: the one they used was very reminiscent of sushi ginger, cut into petals and a bit too generous, ending up covering the meat rather than enhancing it. I wasn't entirely convinced by the play on temperature with the ice cream either; I would have preferred a fattier ingredient, like mayonnaise, perhaps accompanied by an orange chutney.
My friend had pappardelle with game ragù and fir pesto: a wonderful dish, perfectly creamed, every element clearly perceptible.
My second course, a lamb shank, was masterfully cooked: moist, tender, without the typical strong lamb odor.
We then shared a tagliata. Special mention goes to the potatoes, the true star of the dish; it's a shame the meat was slightly below expectations compared to the rest of the experience.

I've allowed myself to be picky because the quality of this restaurant is truly high and deserves careful consideration.
