Pizzeria Trattoria al Cavallino In Cividale del friuli

My wife and I went there last night. We had excellent pasta; I had venison sauce, while my wife had pasta with clams. Generous portions, friendly and welcoming staff. The place is cute, a little retro, just the way we like it (but what's on the plate is what matters!). We were also inspired by the pizza, which looked delicious, but maybe next time. EXCELLENT!

A typical Friulian restaurant offering takeout pizzas. The idea of ​​serving arugula in a bag on top of the pizza was much appreciated. The bottled Carlo V beer was also excellent. The pizza was still hot and delicious after a 20-minute drive. We'll definitely be back.
