We stopped for a coffee. The atmosphere was lively, the bar and terrace were full, but there was still plenty of seating inside. The staff were friendly and the coffee was very good.

Osteria Al Cappello

27/02/2026: Wandering around Palmanova, we found this charming little restaurant. The food was excellent, the cod Vicenza-style was fantastic, the tartare was excellent, and of course, the prosciutto crudo. The wines were EXCELLENT. The lady was very helpful in offering recommendations and, understanding our tastes, made us feel at home.

01/05/2026: I tried the mussels with pepper, the fettuccine with sausage ragù, and for dessert, the strawberry cheesecake. !!! VERY DELICIOUS!!! The staff were incredibly friendly, we had a wonderful evening. They also offered me homemade nocino liqueur.
