Wandering around Palmanova, we found this charming little restaurant. The food was excellent, the cod Vicenza-style was fantastic, the tartare was excellent, and of course, the prosciutto crudo. The wines were EXCELLENT. The lady was very helpful in offering recommendations and, understanding our tastes, made us feel at home.

I almost never leave reviews, but here I have to. Excellent in every way, top-notch cuisine, generous and delicious dishes, excellent service. Highly recommended.

We stopped for a quick lunch without a reservation. Even though they were busy, they found us a seat, and we had tripe, frico, and San Daniele prosciutto. Everything was delicious!!!

Ai Cjastinars Trattoria

01/05/2026: We stopped for lunch. I had a local specialty, cjarsons, and a mixed grill with polenta and beans my way. The food was truly excellent, very well prepared, and the rooms were spacious. My only slight negative comment was the quantity of cjarsons; I would have liked a little more, but that didn't affect the top rating. The portions of the main course, meat and beans, were very generous.

07/05/2026: My colleague and I stopped by and found a great atmosphere and delicious food, all run by a female team. We'll definitely be back. Excellent value.
24/04/2026: Located just off the highway, in a great location. Very spacious and clean. Impeccable self-service. Friendly and helpful staff help you choose your dishes. A line of people gliding by with trays full of delicious dishes. I recommend it to everyone for a quick meal at a reasonable price.
