17/05/2025: Spent 2 days in Palmanova with my sisters-in-law, this place was recommended to us, excellent choice, for the first time we ate frico, very good, local cold cuts including San Daniele, amazing, very polite staff!!!

22/06/2025: Typical tourist rip-off!! Coperto is charged in full even though they forgot to make us anything (bread, snacks, crackers...). House wine: 1/2 liter was ordered and charged, we got 2 jugs of 125ml each + a bit more, but definitely not 1/2 liter! Pizza tiny and the dough so thin that there was a hole in the middle and you had to scrape the toppings off the plate! Parmesan is placed on the table in small plastic bags. Pizza with burrata was pizza with mozzarella - never again!! Especially when the prices are higher than in the neighboring restaurant (Sandr.) and this one is so much better!!! We had to tell the service 3 times that something was missing. I'd rather go somewhere else.

22/06/2025: We've eaten here several times and were satisfied every time. The staff welcomed us very warmly on each visit, as did the service – simply fantastic. We tried several things from the menu and enjoyed everything. We'd be happy to come back.

20/05/2025: Abbiamo scelto La Frasca per festeggiare la comunione di nostra figlia, e non avremmo potuto fare scelta migliore. L’ambiente è elegante ma accogliente, perfetto per una giornata così speciale. Il personale è stato attento, cordiale e sempre disponibile, riuscendo a gestire tutto con grande professionalità. Il menù che ci hanno proposto era vario e curato nei minimi dettagli, con piatti gustosi e ben presentati, apprezzati sia dagli adulti che dai bambini. Un ringraziamento particolare a Monica, allo chef e al team di sala per aver contribuito a rendere questa giornata indimenticabile. Consigliamo vivamente questo ristorante per chi cerca qualità, servizio e un’atmosfera familiare ma raffinata. Torneremo sicuramente!

10/05/2025: Arrivato alle 17 per bere un 'taglio' vengo catturato dal profumo di cucina, dopo un minimo di esitazione da parte della gentilissima padrona di casa, mi trovo seduto ad un tavolino in attesa di un ottimo polpettone di manzo agli asparagi, si fanno quattro chiacchiere e imparo una ricetta per il ragout che preparerò stasera. Grazie!
