Large, beautiful room, good location, bike storage with charging facilities, very friendly staff. Breakfast was very good.

What can I say, as a company, we've had so many hotels with rooms that were very superficially arranged and But in this family-run hotel, Between the kindness and helpfulness, not to mention the professionalism demonstrated by Paolo, who, in addition to being the owner, spends every day with the kids and staff. I'm happy that there are still people who know what "UNION" means: TO BE A TEAM, BUT FIRST AND FOREMOST, A FAMILY. CONGRATULATIONS TO THE STAFF AND EVERYONE. THE PROPERTY IS EXCELLENT, EVEN FOR ITS LOCATION FOR GETTING AROUND THE CITY CENTER WITH A STOP RIGHT UNDER THE HOTEL.

Excellent, I had a great time, the staff is very kind and welcoming.

Stayed 2 nights for work. The room and bathroom (with a window!) were large and comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff, free on-site parking (nearby parking lots have parking discs). The hotel restaurant was truly excellent. The only flaw: my room was extremely hot, and with the windows open on a road leading to the hospital and the city center, it was very noisy.

My parents chose this hotel because they have always been extremely satisfied with their stays. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the bar offers a pleasant atmosphere with an excellent selection of wines. The room was modern, the beds were very comfortable, and the breakfast was truly varied with a wide selection of options. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

The rooms are too small, and the cleanliness isn't the best. I really hope they can improve. The breakfast isn't the best either.

I was at the mixed boiled meat evening, and what can I say? The room was very welcoming, with soft, relaxing lighting. The boiled meat was excellent, as were the sauces and mashed potatoes that accompanied it. The house red wine and artisanal grappa were also very good. All the wait staff we interacted with were truly friendly and professional, very good! Prices were in line with those in the city.

Apart from the heat in the room which could not be resolved, everything was ok.

Nice hotel, clean and quiet, with a helpful and professional reception. It's a shame the dinner was good, but I expected something more.
