The frico was the true star of the lunch: irresistible in its classic version and surprising in its many variations. 08/12/2025: My family and I went to this place for dinner, recommended by many friends. I had never eaten frico before and was amazed. The food was delicious and the waitress's service was impeccable. We will definitely be back.
04/12/2025: Highly recommended!!! Everything tastes great, excellent quality, and at a very fair price. The Limousine carpaccio is excellent, and the pear frico is a must-try.

27/11/2025: Nothing special, the pizza was a bit heavy, made with good flour and ingredients, but it was a bit burnt underneath, making it unpleasant. The price for pizzas was quite above average (in general). Friendly staff, the waitress was a bit awkward, but nothing serious.

04/11/2025: My partner and I stayed three nights in a superior room at this family-run hotel in Gemona, a strategic base for exploring the various villages and lakes of Carnia. Excellent service! Helpful, friendly, and attentive. The room was modern, with a spotless bathroom and a wonderful shower. We stayed in November, which was low season, but even so, during the week they offer dinner reservations, which is basic but excellent. Breakfast wasn't a buffet, except for yogurt, cereal, and jams, but the hostess provided everything we needed. Ample parking in the internal courtyard and quiet rooms. We'll definitely be back!

09/11/2025: Nice atmosphere and helpful, friendly staff. The menu was rather limited, so I opted for the rib eye steak, which on the menu was listed as about 500-600 grams. The rib eye steak had roughly 80 grams of meat. The rest was ribs and bone. I won't repeat myself, sorry.

Cjarsons very good, tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms very good, blecs with duck ragù approved!! Thank you!
