Spectacular corner in the historic heart of San Daniele. Excellent Ramandolo, sublime Verduzzo. San Daniele remains a one-of-a-kind gem, and its DOCG prosciutto deserves UNESCO World Heritage recognition. For these things, I declare myself absolutely anti-global. Long live Italy, an extraordinary food and wine paradise.

05/05/2026: Evening with colleagues on Sunday at Osteria Dal Palut. Excellent value for money. Kudos to dear Elisa for the treatment and attention she provided. The goulash was delicious.
