We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It’s a lovely family-run place that makes you feel very welcome from the moment you arrive. Communication was very easy and fast, which we really appreciated. They kindly allowed us a late check-in, which made our trip much more comfortable. The room, the overall hotel, and the breakfast were all excellent. If we are in the area again, we would definitely choose to stay here. Highly recommended!

Highly recommend. People is super friendly and welcoming. They have a restaurant, that you can use as needed. They have WhatsApp which makes coordination and such really easy.

Lovely stay and fantastic food! A pleasant stay with a welcoming, home-like atmosphere. The owners (and the house cat) are very kind and happy to help in any language. The food is the real highlight. Dinner was delicious, fresh, and prepared with passion. Breakfast was also freshly prepared for us. The room was tidy and just as pictured. It's also a great location for day trips to Udine, San Daniele, Cividale del Friuli, or Lake Cavazzo.

We were a group of 15 and we all had a great time. The place is beautifully designed down to the last detail and with a simple touch. Nothing to complain about the rooms; we were especially pleased with the kindness and helpfulness of the staff. We enjoyed the good food, the wine, and the beautiful flowers on the table. The meal was well-timed. Good parking available. At Vecjo Friûl, they really know their job :-)

We chose to celebrate an important anniversary at Osteria Vecjo Friûl, and we couldn't have made a better choice. Iacopo and Stefania guided us through the organization with great attention, care, and professionalism, always available for any questions or clarifications. They are extremely kind and, from the very first moment, instilled in us a sense of trust and reliability. Everything was handled with precision and warmth, making us feel truly in good hands. A highly recommended experience!

Rustic and refined atmosphere. Excellent portions, truly excellent product quality, and fair prices. What can I say? Well done. Definitely a return visit. Congratulations again.

The hotel is generally pleasant, with a lovely view that adds a lot of charm to the stay. However, some aspects could be improved. The room lacks natural light, making it rather dark. There's no refrigerator, which can be inconvenient. We arrived at the end of March, and it was quite cold, probably due to the hotel's age. In the bathroom, there's no storage space, and the shower stall is very small, which isn't very practical. Furthermore, we only received one room key card. When one of us went out, especially at night, the other was left without electricity, including for the bathroom light and bedside lamp, which was quite inconvenient. On the other hand, the staff is very kind and friendly, which makes the experience more positive despite these minor drawbacks.

Hospitality, cuisine, rooms, service, location – everything was outstanding and warmly and courteously managed by Stefania and Jacopo. We'd love to come back, Billy and Konstanze

Excellent stay. Spacious and well-kept rooms. Ample indoor parking. Good breakfast. The restaurant is also excellent, with carefully prepared and very traditional dishes. The owners made us feel at home and were very helpful. 10 out of 10
