Sergio was very good with his explanations. The on-site prosciutto tasting was excellent. If you order the takeaway one in a tray, it's perhaps cut a little thicker than the one you eat on-site, which is thinner.

There were three classes, for a total of 75 people. One of the girls who work here tells us to sit somewhere, and immediately after another one intervenes, yelling at us that we shouldn't have sat there... Fortunately, not all the staff present were the same. The food was quite good, except that only in some dishes the tomato sauce was a little sour.

21/05/2026: If you want to experience a true Italian atmosphere, snacks, coffee, and an Aperol Spritz, this is the place for you. It's somewhere among the Riatorante in the center of Udone, on a side street but very close to Piazza Duomo. We're so glad we found it! You'll recognize that this is a place with unique flavors – you'll find plenty of Italian seniors socializing here. Such places aren't for tourists, but for people, hence the authentic Italy.
