25/08/2025: The day started with a nice walk around the center of Marano, then asking locals for a nice restaurant where we could have lunch, they had the wonderful idea of recommending this place, where we were warmly welcomed by a truly courteous staff. The appetizer and second course of fish were excellent, arrived fresh directly from the fishing boat accompanied by good white wine. The dessert was exquisite and we left feeling full. What can I say, we will definitely return!

03/07/2025: We absolutely love Gelateria Slurp – it’s the highlight of our stay in Lignano! We’ve tried many places over the years, but nothing compares to the richness and flavor of the gelato here. You can taste the difference in every bite. The texture is smooth, the flavors are intense, and there’s something for everyone, including dairy-free options. Even when it’s busy, the service is quick and with a smile. It’s become a family tradition to stop by almost every evening. Simply the best gelato in town!

23/08/2025: What can I say? The staff is incredibly friendly and the food is truly extensive, respectful of Venzone's traditions.
You absolutely must try the typical artisanal cjarsons (which you can also purchase on-site, like many other products). You'll love them!!! An experience to repeat! :)
22/08/2025: Stopping by on a Monday for lunch. Are you cycling along the Alpe-Adria cycle path? Can you hear the bells ringing at midday and feel a bit peckish? You'll be well-fed here; I had a lovely plate of frico with polenta, magnificent.
Sitting outside is even better, under the mighty walls of the Venzone Cathedral, in complete relaxation.
Very kind and friendly staff.

18/08/2025: Very nice location, renovated in style with great taste. On the ground floor a simpler environment, but always in good taste, on the two upper floors a refined and welcoming environment. Excellent dishes, kindness and good value for money. Recommended.

12/08/2025: We only ate here one evening but the service was excellent, super friendly; the food was fantastic (two pizzas and we tried several desserts, so great! So happy to find a place here that doesn't think apple strudel is the height of culinary achievement!) (We had the tiramisu, crème brûlée and pannacotta, all recommended). I had 3 beers because I had thought earlier in the day I was going to die so it was great, they were tasty, not the best beer ever but suitable. Loved this place and would eat there again.
01/08/2025: The staff even arranged an earlier breakfast for us, as we had to start early for a looooooong hike. That's how you get 5 stars.

A mixed salad costs €7, which is too much.
Half a bottle of sparkling wine costs €1.50, half a bottle of still wine costs €2!!!
22/08/2025: We were coming from Trieste on August 15th. The place was very welcoming, the staff were wonderful, everyone was super friendly!! The food was excellent, good quality, there wasn't a single thing wrong! And the service was impeccable, truly excellent. As soon as I have time again, it will definitely be the first place I'll eat! Keep it up! ❤️
