10/02/2025: Un posto dove mangiare una buona cucina tipica dai sapori genuini in un ambiente accogliente. Il menù con specialità carniche ben preparate assieme a cordialità e simpatia da parte del titolare fanno si che l'esperienza sia assolutamente positiva.
Particolare la saletta interna, una vera e propria grotta.

Il titolare è stato molto gentile dalla chiamata per la prenotazione al pagamento!
Se volete pranzare o cenare nella grotta è meglio chiamare con largo anticipo in quanto ci sono solo 3 tavoli e spesso sono occupati!
Ci torneremo sicuramente.

04/03/2025: Normalmente vengo a Udine en los fines de semana desde Eslovenia con mi familia, y tengo que decir que este restaurante es uno de mis favoritos en la zona, deliciosa comida, gran ambiente y en general siempre tuvo una gran experiencia aquí, sin duda recomiendo

13/01/2025: I had lunch in this place with my partner who had already been there for work opportunities nearby. Mrs. Roberta is very kind and easy-going, I breathed the air of simplicity of the town where the gentlemen stop by to have a "cut" before lunch. Obviously I tasted the legendary carbonara accompanied by a good house wine. Simplicity gives a lot of emotions. I will definitely go back.

09/02/2025: Passing through Venzone I stopped here for lunch. Since I am a foreigner, the waitress was very kind in explaining the typical dishes to me with a very friendly smile. The frico with polenta was very good as was the tiramisu. Good and nice. 😃

06/11/2024: Posto molto caratteristico e bello. ci hanno portato una coppia di amici e ci hanno portato a mangiare la migliore trota mai mangiata.
Abbiamo preso un promo diviso di una pasta ripiena di trota con una salsa di cavolo viola ed un trota alla griglia come secondo d come dolce la gubana.
Il tutto era davvero buonissimo e fresco, visto che allevano proprio loro le trote più fresco di questo non si può.
Il prezzo ottimo per la qualità del prodotto e del servizio. Ottimo tutto

16/03/2025: Splendid estate of ancient construction. Renovated in rustic style with very fine attention to detail. We had a party for a wedding, the food was of excellent quality, superlative service, the locations between the aperitif in the restaurant and the cutting of the cake were really refined and of excellent taste. Friendly and competent staff. Overall opinion: excellent
14/03/2025: full place, impossible to talk to your neighbor at the table with the strong reverberation, present in the room, very nice place, good crepes, large and hard inedible potato gnocchi and the bitter rocket overpowered every flavour. And even braised meat was not good. After a company dinner for 60 people, two bitters and two grappas, instead of charging us, they could have offered it to us. I won't go back.

The service is always wonderful and friendly. There is a very cozy atmosphere. We take everyone who comes to visit to Colombara to show the best of Aquileia.

25/02/2025: Sono passati quasi 10 anni dall’ultima volta che ero passato da queste parti e mi ero ripromesso di tornare a cenare in questo ottimo ristorante. Ambiente molto caldo e curato, cucina raffinata, apprezzata la bella chiacchierata con la titolare.
