Informal kiosk near Udine's historic center, excellent fried fish and sandwiches.

The sandwich with Istrian sausage was excellent, very tasty, and the place under the trees was beautiful.

We really enjoyed both the service and the food. The price was unbeatable, and the park where it's located is very close to the historic center and the buses. We would definitely return.

Very pleasant for dinner, a quick bite to eat, or a beer with friends. Fabulous food and attentive service.

We chose to eat outside given the season and the sun, and were pleasantly surprised by some of the best fried food I've ever eaten!!! And I say this as a true Venetian! I also tried the burgers and the rest, and everything looks delicious. The service was friendly and fast, and the prices were great for the excellent quality of the food. If I were to return to Udine, I'd definitely eat there again.

The only downside: the smell of cooking...

Always a guarantee, the very light frying

I was looking for a quick lunch after a doctor's appointment on Via San Valentino. I saw the reviews and decided to give it a try. We ordered a calamari platter and a sandwich with Istrian sausage. The calamari was excellent, we hadn't had it like this in a long time, and the portion was adequate for the size and price, considering it included fries. I had a hard time biting into the sandwich because of its size (and I'm over 1.90 meters). The seasoning was excellent, the flavors of the vegetables were excellent, and the sausage (more Swiss-style than sausage from my youth) was truly tasty, not dry, and cooked well, even for those who don't want to see the meat still pink (I go for raw with tartare, so no problem). All this with a Coke, half a bottle of mineral water, and two coffees for just €35.30. For not much less, you could get two Mac menus, but the flavor and abundance found here are incomparable. By the way, eating in the open-air square with the castle in front of you is already worth a star, then add the rest and you get to 5. Well done ladies serving us, well done to the chef for doing his job, and next time I'll just go for the canapés, there are so many! And they're all inviting!
