13/05/2026: First of all… I have never received service like this anywhere in Udine. Truly the BEST ever.
The waitress didn’t just serve us — she made us feel genuinely welcomed, cared for, and completely at home. She was funny, warm, attentive, and created such a beautiful atmosphere at the table that honestly, I would come back just for her alone.
But then the food arrived… and OMFG.
As a vegetarian, it’s honestly difficult to find places in this region that offer creative dishes instead of the usual repetitive combinations of the same 3 ingredients. This trattoria completely surprised us.
We had the crespelle and the herb gnocchi with smoked scamorza sauce, and I genuinely cannot explain the explosion of flavor. Every bite felt balanced, rich, comforting, and refined at the same time. Even the presentation made us feel like we were dining in a Michelin-starred restaurant.
Before the meal they served us a welcome herbal spread with homemade seeded crackers, and even that was incredible.
The wine selection is also very good with reasonable pricing, the ambience is beautiful and cozy with the fireplace in the room, and the entire place is spotless and clearly cared for with love.
And then dessert… wow.
The peach and basil sorbet was absolute crack in the best possible way. Fresh, unique, addictive. And the 3 cakes… honestly speechless. Some of the best desserts we’ve had in a very long time.
So grateful we found this place. We will 1000% be back.
20/04/2026: Very nice little place in Tricesimo, I was here for work today and stopped for something to eat and I have to say the service was excellent, fast and friendly, the tagliolini al san daniele were truly special, and the desserts too, you can see the care taken in doing things as they should be. Highly recommended.
