05/05/2026: For my birthday, we went to Prater. The atmosphere was welcoming and the service was pleasant. The meal began with a small complimentary entree. We then ordered black truffle risotto, squid ravioli, tagliolini concicale, and paccheri with butter and anchovies. For our main course, shrimp all'amatriciana, baby octopus, fried fish, and tuna in a crust. Both I and the other diners were more than satisfied, as always. My only complaint is the zuppa inglese. Used to my mother and grandmother's traditional zuppa inglese, I would never have added raisins, currants, and strawberries as a garnish. In my opinion, it doesn't add to the tradition; on the contrary... But that's just my personal preference. In any case, I highly recommend this restaurant.

08/06/2026: Good food, excellent service, and a well-maintained venue—perhaps one of the few exceptions to the now widespread all-you-can-eat culture that, not surprisingly, undermines the credibility of Asian cuisine. The dishes are also generous.
14/05/2026: A real discovery! They invited us for lunch and we had the opportunity to try many dishes. The duck is fantastic, especially the dumplings and the bao platter. The spicy specialties are really spicy! 🔝💪 Recommended!

26/05/2026: A secluded restaurant located in an area that could be a classic village shop with glass windows. Convenient parking nearby. The restaurant is spartan but dignified, as is often the case in the hills/mountains. Personally, I love these no-frills, no-nonsense places that get straight to the point. Large, well-spaced tables, paper tableware but dignified. Note the dishes with the restaurant's name on them. Bread is already on the table, but for a hillside location, the bread isn't exactly the best, but it's plentiful. The atmosphere is very noisy, almost hard to talk to. There's no paper menu; the waitress explains by word of mouth. There are 5-6 first courses and 5-6 second courses. I obviously choose a second course of tortelli (green/zucchini) with soffritto and stewed wild boar with roast potatoes. They bring sparkling water in a glass bottle, which always makes a good impression. The quart of wine is a Lambrusco, not very full-bodied but pleasant. The wait is normal, and a generous plate of tortelli arrives, already covered in cheese. There are about 15 generously sized tortelli, with a normal amount of filling. The sofrito is served separately and quite generously. The tortelli are good, perhaps not the best I've ever had, but they are edible. The filling is light green in color, but apparently without ricotta. The pasta is thick and you can taste it, just the way I like it. The pumpkin filling is intensely orange, but not too sweet and without the notes of amaretto and cloves that often occur. The sofrito is excellent, not too heavy but flavorful. The wild boar and potatoes arrive on separate plates. The wild boar is plentiful, about ten pieces, and VERY moist. The meat is tender, though not the kind that melts in your mouth, and the sauce is delicious and plentiful. Some health-conscious people would probably complain about the amount of oil, but we're in a hillside trattoria...and I love it. The potatoes are good, but rather soft and lack intensity. I prefer them crispier and spicier. The coffee afterward isn't bad, and it's not a given. In places like these, it's often overlooked. The bill was reduced from 38 to 30 euros. It's a fair price for a lunch like this. Well done. All in all, a great place, as I already knew, a local landmark. Little attention to detail with a true hillside menu, efficient staff, and reasonable prices. If you're in the area, it's worth a try.

31/05/2026: Very fair prices (first courses €5 and second courses with side dishes €7). I had a special first course for €9, plus second course/side dish + dove + coffee + liqueur + 1/4 cup of wine + 1 liter of sparkling water, total €29. And it was all fresh and very good.
27/05/2026: Finally!!!! A place where you pay like a business lunch, with the quality of a restaurant and the abundance of a trattoria. €5 for a first course, perfectly cooked, flavorful, and above all, plentiful. €7 for a second course with a side dish, featuring Fassona, horse, or roast beef. If you like, you can wash it all down with an excellent chilled Lambrusco and a good coffee. In short, for about €15, you can have a lunch fit for a king. Bravo!!!!

15/05/2026: I saw another review saying the place had a strong anime vibe – honestly, not really. There are a few details here and there, but overall it feels more like a regular restaurant. We were really inspired by the reviews and expected more, but to be honest, we didn’t really get the vibe or the “wow” taste people were talking about. The meat was pretty average – one piece was very fatty, another had a lot of sinew, and the third was overcooked on one side but not on the other. Maybe we were just unlucky that day, but sadly we didn’t really enjoy it as much as we hoped. Out of all the dishes, the shrimp gyoza were definitely the highlight. Another surprise was the €2 per person service charge. That’s completely fine, but since we don’t speak Italian and weren’t given an English menu, we simply didn’t know about it beforehand. It was our first time experiencing that, so with every little thing the rating slowly went from 5 stars in our heads to more like a 3.

27/04/2026: Obviously, we're not at Cracco's. It should be evaluated for what an osteria is. That said, I had a good time; the host is friendly and the waitresses were accommodating, even to my wife's requests. Exceptional first courses. Good and plentiful dishes.

The wait times between courses were perfect, managed with a smile and great professionalism. ​Value for Money: The price is absolutely in line with the quality and freshness of the ingredients offered. When you eat well, in large quantities, and in a beautiful setting, you're always happy to pay. Recommended: Absolutely. If you're looking for an authentic meat experience, generous portions, and a warm welcome, this is the place. I'll definitely be back!
28/05/2026: The atmosphere is very friendly and has a lovely retro feel, which I really appreciated. The decor is very well-finished, from the traditional table linens to the furnishings. The service is prompt, courteous, and polite. The appetizers are carefully prepared, plentiful, and of excellent quality; I really enjoyed the prosciutto crudo. I had some truly fantastic pumpkin tortelli. The Florentine steak was a bit disappointing; it was probably cooked too quickly or grilled from frozen; it was cold inside. A real shame. A decidedly positive experience, and I'll definitely return.
