04/08/2026: Typical mountain trattoria with a traditional menu. Very friendly staff, superb setting. We ate on the terrace and it was divine.
The appetizer (complimentary) was excellent, the tortelli were good, the tagliatelle with meat sauce was good, the guanciale was excellent, and the desserts were excellent. Generous portions and a great price!

19/07/2026: An authentic osteria. A simple, slightly rustic atmosphere with a traditional osteria atmosphere. Tasty, authentic homemade dishes. Their specialty is tortelli, which are offered in numerous variations, some even unusual. Everything is strictly off-menu and listed verbally by the staff. The dishes we sampled are truly excellent.
14/07/2026: If you're looking for Michelin-starred cuisine and a trendy restaurant, don't stop there.
But if you want to eat really well, rediscover the true flavors of Emilia in a casual yet comfortable setting, this is the place! A remote trattoria, but highly recommended: first courses, second courses, and dessert... all delicious. I'm a regular and will continue to be.
The owners are a real hoot!!! Highly recommended.

11/08/2026: The food was typical of the area, very good. Service was good, and the owner was very friendly. Unfortunately, given the heat this season and despite the fans, I suffered a bit, but it was worth it.
10/08/2026: The food is good, a bit expensive at lunchtime, but there are two problems: there were no tigelle or fried gnocco and there is no air conditioning.

04/08/2026: We tried this restaurant on a Saturday evening. I ordered a plate of fried fish and I can say that for €24, the portion was truly meager... what's more, the plate was mostly battered vegetables rather than fish...
The first course was good, but the portion was still meager, and the pizza was too thin.
I wouldn't go back...

25/05/2026: I'll start by saying that the staff is very friendly; even though we arrived late, they welcomed us warmly. The appetizer was delicious (delicious giardiniera and erbazzone), and the fresh pasta was spectacular, both the tortellini and tortelli. The dessert was also delicious; I highly recommend it!

18/08/2026: We paid €7.20 for a Margherita, with an additional €1.80 for "medium dough," meaning a standard pizza. This makes me think their standard pizza is a cracker.
Leaving aside that, three takeout pizzas, including a red one, cost €30.20 in total, one of which was burnt. I'm sorry, but a pizza of that quality at that price is unjustifiable. I'd like to give it a higher rating because the two that weren't burnt were acceptable, but such a high price can't be justified.
I'm sorry, but I wouldn't recommend this place.

08/08/2026: First time with a friend, I found one of the best burgers you can get at a regular price from a beer bar/sandwich shop. A very thoughtful and quality beer selection. The pretzel with speck and cheese is a must-try. The staff is truly attentive and knowledgeable.
06/08/2026: Excellent beer hall with quality dishes...and the musical evenings are the icing on the cake. Recently discovered, but definitely worth a visit.

08/03/2026: Ristorante Cattini is located in a hidden green area in the hamlet of l'Orologia in Quattro Castella.
The interior dining room is medium-sized and very quaint.
The staff is professional and friendly.
The menu features a few traditional dishes at reasonable prices for the quantity/quality offered, and there's a wide selection of wines.
Their strong point is the variety of boiled and roast meats from the cart, served freshly to each diner.
The zuppa inglese is truly delicious.
The bathrooms are clean, despite the squat toilet in the women's room, which isn't ideal for everyone.
Outside, there's a small play area and a patio with some seating.
27/02/2026: A place that's one of my favorites, where time has stood still for a few years in favor of substance. The first courses are good, and the roasts and boiled meats are expertly cooked.
If I ever come back to the area,
I'll definitely return.
