A nice surprise in the center of Correggio. I will gladly stay here again on my next business trip.

Food average. It's not amazing. I've been several times. The first time it was quite tasty, the second time they probably forgot to add salt... The prices were quite high.

My experience at Osteria Del Filosso was simply extraordinary. An unforgettable evening of taste and refinement. The food, of exceptional quality, delighted my every palate with authentic flavors and very fresh ingredients. The service was impeccable, with attentive and courteous staff that made the atmosphere even more welcoming. I highly recommend anyone who wants to indulge in a memorable dining experience to book a table at Osteria Del Filosso. I will definitely be back soon to once again savor the excellence this place has to offer.

Excellent dishes, friendly staff and a special atmosphere... but with high prices; 6 of us had: 2 starters, 4 first courses, 2 second courses, 2 bottles of wine (lambrusco) and 3 of water, 2 desserts, 2 coffees and 3 bitters = 39 euros each. Nice and good but excessive

Simpatica location in pieno centro, di fronte al teatro. Il menù è ispirato principalmente ai piazzi della tradizione. Cibo buono, alcuni piatti davvero ottimi. Ampia lista dei vini. Servizio rapido e cortese.

Come enunciato nel titolo della mia recensione, in questo pregevole ristorantino aleggia la migliore tradizione locale, accanto a qualche proposta più innovativa o semplicemente di derivazione eclettica. Cucina collaudata, quindi, proposta con fedeltà e attenzione alle qualità. Esperienza da vivere con soddisfazione autentica. In passato ho attribuito al “ Filosso” la valutazione massima, che in questa occasione non posso confermare a ragione di portate divenute più esigue rispetto al passato e per un imbarazzante e penoso episodio al momento di chiedere, essendo l’unico tra i commensali non astemio, un calice di prosecco ( non disponibile, evidentemente non si voleva aprire una bottiglia) dovendo quindi scegliere o un Franciacorta o un pignoletto. Servito quest’ultimo assolutamente “ svanito” nonostante l’imbarazzata cameriera sostenesse che fosse stata aperta la bottiglia al mattino ( evidentemente a colazione , SIC !). A seguito di rimostranza, finalmente si apre la bottiglia e giunge un pignoletto come si deve. Imperdonabile ! Classe, distinzione è signorilità, si ricordi, fanno la differenza.
