While away from home for work, I dined with a colleague for the first time, and we'll be back next time. The atmosphere is homey and welcoming, the food excellent, and the staff friendly and eager to please. Highly recommended.

Trattoria di Don Camillo e Peppone

10/05/2026: A typical restaurant near the Po River, rustic but elegant and welcoming. Excellent food. Very friendly staff. Good prices.
10/05/2026: Passing through Genoa with my Alpine friends we stopped to eat... well I'd say everything was excellent... from the excellent, abundant appetizer with raw ham, cheeses, and cured meats... to the delicious, quality first courses... accompanied by a good, fresh Lambrusco... the owner was nice and friendly... a truly pleasant evening in this place surrounded by photos of Peppone and Don Camillo... truly well done!!. I highly recommend it. oh forget the price/quality ratio, truly good👍
