Salumeria La Rocca di Silvano Romani In Parma

Whenever I'm in Parma, I stop by Romani for shopping. I used to go to La Verdi, but now, for convenience, I go to La Rocca, with a stop at La Cantina (very well stocked). Excellent products, friendly staff in all the stores, but on Monday, March 23, I also ordered a kilo and a half of Parmigiano di Montagna (incredibly good), and the clerk, Mr. Kay, was able to cut off a piece of the exact weight with a knife!!!! Competence, oh...😂. I then called for clarification on the expense, and despite my mistake, they were understanding. Thank you.

The bread, ricotta, cheeses, and eggs are excellent! I'm sure the rest will be delicious, too, but you have to be able to afford them (I don't eat meat). Anyway, it's a surefire way to find tasty, quality items! The counter staff is incredibly friendly.

It's an amazing shop... as soon as you walk in, your eyes wander, among the various cured meats, all kinds of cheeses, bread, focaccia, and all kinds of sweets, all with a wonderful aroma... it makes you fat just looking at all that goodness! Not to mention the freshness and quality of the products. The staff are incredibly kind and can give you great advice!!!
