Renowned and historic restaurant in Parma, refined and above all relaxing location, you can eat with a view of the cathedral, especially in summer with the outdoor tables. The dishes are all fresh and fantastic and reflect the Parma tradition but with a slightly revisited gourmet touch which doesn't hurt the only criticism. I would have preferred slightly larger portions, fast and perfect service, excellent wines, I recommend it.

Right in the centre, next to the cathedral, it overlooks a beautiful square. The interior is also beautiful, elegant and well organised. Even though the place was full, we couldn't hear too much noise. Very attentive and friendly waiters. Delicious food, some of us took traditional dishes, others fish and it was all truly delicious! We come to eat at this restaurant every time we are in Parma. Really beautiful location with outdoor area overlooking the Parma Cathedral. Every time we come, the menu shows something new in addition to the classic dishes of Parma and Emilian cuisine, which I find very positive as you can always taste different things. I recommend trying the culatello and the crudo, really fantastic as is the fried cake. This last visit we tried the duck carpaccio with a delicious dark beer sauce. As main courses, monkfish and foie gras escalope with brioche bread and an exceptional balsamic vinegar ice cream, so much so that it made a slipper. On average we always spend €40-50 each which, given the quality of the dishes and the location of the restaurant, I would say is a really fair price.

Not necessarily a place I would recommend to a foodie, but one good enough for some Parma comfort with a twist. The waitstaff is very nice, whereas the decor is dated and kitschy.

Nice place adjacent to Piazza Duomo. Good and friendly service. Some correct and good dishes, fruit cake and cured meats. Others in my opinion are not unforgettable.... cotechino... scialatelli with black garlic and pappardelle with venison. Gourmet portions and a final bill that wasn't exactly popular for what we ate. Capito per puro caso in questo bel ristorante in pieno centro a Parma: cura nello stile e nei dettagli veramente alta oltre che ad un servizio impeccabile. Ordinato Bis di Tortelli e Punta di Vitello ripiena al forno, tutto squisito: piattino di dolci tipici offerti e caffè. Cena eccellente, servizio impeccabile. Consigliato.

High quality. It had the best culatello of the trip to Parma. Everything was good but my expectation was for better. Service was fine and the place itself very nice. It just didn't "wow" us.
