05/04/2026: Easter Sunday. There are five of us, and we arrive at 12:15 even though our reservation was for 12:30. They come to take our order at 1:00 PM. The appetizer arrives at 1:30 PM, and the first course arrives at 2:10 PM after we requested it. The second course arrives at 3:00 PM, but after such a long wait, we're no longer hungry. We spent €52 each. We're not satisfied. We won't be back. The food is good, but the wait between courses is so long that it makes you lose your appetite. I had high expectations, but I was disappointed. If you don't have enough kitchen staff, book fewer tables. The price was high: €52 each for two shared appetizers, five first courses, four second courses, two side dishes (potatoes), a dessert (€8), a bitter liqueur, four coffees, and two bottles of Lambrusco. I'm disappointed because I was really hoping it would be a top-notch place.

The music is not at all invasive, and the service is professional, attentive, and friendly. The dishes are a melting pot of modernity and tradition, using local products and the cornerstones of Emilian cuisine reinvented and enhanced in refined and delicious recipes. The work in the dining room and kitchen is excellent, and the staff deserves nothing but praise. Parking is plentiful, and the bill is more than fair.
