02/06/2025: To celebrate June 2nd we chose to have lunch at the Nonna Nella farmhouse in Monteorsello di Guiglia. Once we arrived, after traveling along a winding road, a location surrounded by greenery awaits us, where a blue sky, a small Rio and an enclosure inhabited by goats, donkeys and chickens act as a backdrop. They make us sit inside, since the patio was full. The room is tidy, clean with a rustic style. The menu is not extensive, but the dishes offered are delicious. Personally, I appreciated the vegetable dish, a side dish of vegetables cooked in different ways and assembled on a tray. The service is fast, attentive and polite. The bill also deserves a good score, judged honest. I give this farmhouse full marks and invite you, if you haven't already done so, to book to taste the delicious proposals of the place.

31/03/2025: Comment for catering and not for accommodation. An unforgettable lunch. We ate divinely in a very respectable setting. Excellent starters, good first and second courses, delicious desserts. A round of applause also for the pignoletto they produce and the spectacular coffee. As always, the difference is also made by the environment and the staff, who I found prepared, friendly and impeccably kind. I must admit that the interim phase of the booking, between emails and phone calls, given that it was a large group, had left us quite perplexed because we seemed to notice a bit of nervousness and disappointment just for not having accepted the proposal of the fixed menu for adults. But then all doubts vanished in presence. The kitchen and dining room staff served everything excellently, and quickly too (we wanted to do our part by limiting the order for the 12 children to two types of first courses, and for the adults to a first course and a couple of second courses). In short, I'm considering having a chat with the owners to organize my 50th birthday party 😁

Everything in the place speaks of its origins, in formula one where this passion began. Definitely excellent food, the mixed fried food is exquisite and tasty. The menu offers a remarkable assortment where to choose and really difficult. Always courteous and kind staff and Luigi, the owner always present to check everything. 27/04/2025: We book a table for two in this small tavern. When we enter we are amazed by the care of the dining room: a small piece of Puglia in Pavullo. We order the stewed octopus as an appetizer, truly excellent. First we order a calamarata and a spaghetti alla scoglio, all accompanied by a bottle of classic method Oltrepó Pavese. The spaghetti with seafood is not a banal seafood but has a seafood ragù that differentiates it from many others, the calamarata is also excellent. Appropriate bill for how much eaten. Nice discovery in our mountains. Highly recommended!

21/04/2025: Nice place to have a lunch or dinner. Everything was tasty and service is quite fast. However, it was quite noisy and no list of wines available. Anyway, we would like to dine there again.
