26/11/2024: Without a doubt the best wine shop in Bologna. Finely selected wines, searching for the producer, his care of the vineyard and the wine. Not one is wrong. Authentic and genuine cuisine. Fixed stop.

09/03/2025: Nice location, nice interior environment and also the outside terrace. Menu with a few typical Bolognese dishes. Good tortellini. Tigelle with cured meats and cheeses nothing exceptional (lots of mortadella, salami and raw meat). The mortadella mousse was not a mousse. Terrible service. Wet and dirty dishes. We had them changed and they were brought back wet and with lint. Very awkward guys. Bill...there were 6 of us for a total of 149.50 euros. Instead of giving us a little discount for the poor service of the dishes they rounded up to 150 euros... 25 euros each.

17/02/2025: An absolutely must-do Bolognese experience!!! Very good traditional cuisine. It starts with an endless appetizer, continues with first and second courses and finally, a riot of desserts. All this with hospitality, courtesy and friendliness! Super recommended 😍

Come successo ad altri non ci è’ stato portato alcun menu’ quindi ci siamo fidati ordinando una minestra ed una lasagna e meno male che ci siamo limitati a quello !!!!! Lascio a voi trarre le conclusioni allegando il conto finale .

17/08/2024: Ho cenato da Corbezzoli con mia moglie. Premetto che si è trattata di una prima volta e ho deciso di “puntarci” dopo aver visto altre recensioni. Abbiamo deciso di prendere due menù della tradizione accompagnati da due calici di vino. Portate ben realizzate, ma a mio avviso manca un po’ di spinta ad alcuni piatti e l’impiattamento potrebbe essere curato maggiormente. Detto questo si tratta di un bel menù e di una bella location. Unico appunto: punterei su di una suddivisione della cena tra chi viene da esterno rispetto alle persone che soggiornano nell’hotel adiacente. Mi è sembrato un po’ confusionario per un locale che sembra puntare maggiormente su delle cene romantiche rispetto alle cene di famiglia con bambini.

05/03/2025: A cena con amici in questo ristorante e pizzeria conosciuto in zona. Sala piena, rumorosa, attesa per ordinare e attesa per ricevere le pizze. Questo è normale al sabato sera con le sale al completo. Quello che è meno normale è di ricevere una pizza quattro stagioni poco cotta da risultare molle. Talmente molle che, tagliandola, il condimento scivolava sul piatto ed il pezzo di pizza ritagliato, rimaneva tristemente appeso e scondito sulle punte della forchetta. Anche se il ristorante è pieno di clienti da servire, la cottura della pizza va controllata e portata a termine, non va troppo anticipata per guadagnare tempo. Questa è stata la mia esperienza. In conclusione: una pizza molle non fa venire voglia di tornare né di consigliarla.
