A thank you goes to Mirko who was ready to satisfy the request of the moment without hesitation, after all a tagliatella that respects itself must float in ragù alla bolognese... It is no coincidence that my friend and I came to Bologna specifically and not only to taste the local specialty, more than sufficient rating... Definitely recommended

22/01/2025: I had lunch here on Sunday. Lovely place, with soft music, perfectly clean. The kitchen offers traditional dishes: personally, I tasted the selection of cured meats as a starter, the Lambertini tortelloni and the grilled sausage, and they all turned out to be excellent. A warm but not intrusive welcome and particular attention to customers (I still regret the spring onions offered by a lady in the dining room but which, for personal reasons, I was unable to taste) perfectly crown a lunch break dedicated to relaxation and customer satisfaction palate. Excellent value for money!

05/01/2025: Stopped by by chance on a drive from Tuscany to Padua. The food experience we remember best. Everything made from scratch and absolutely perfect. We will be back on our next trip to Italy

01/04/2025: There were 2 of us who stopped for an aperitif. The place was almost empty but despite this they made us sit at the counter because the tables are only intended for those who order a bottle. We sit at the counter and order 2 glasses and a cutting board but after a while they ask us to move again to make room for other customers. We got up and removed the disturbance. Since the food, wine and service are equally poor, I won't be returning.

13/04/2025: Having collected a Surprise bag on too good to go, as usual I decide to further support those who provide this service by taking a product from the counter. For a triangle of mushroom flan (greasy and salty) €5.60. Then we wonder why these realities don't work anymore...

06/04/2025: We have been spending 2 months in Bologna every year for awhile. We always look forward to returning to Panificio Casali for their delicious crostatine. We are greeted with a smile and kindness.

06/06/2025: Sono andato da Yoma a pranzo, da solo, e mi aspettavo un’esperienza tranquilla. Invece ho trovato un ambiente tutt’altro che rilassato: il locale era strapieno di studenti e l’atmosfera ricordava più una mensa scolastica che un ristorante giapponese. Mi hanno detto di aspettare, ma poco dopo sono stato ignorato e scavalcato da un altro cliente che, con molta disinvoltura, si è presentato come “abituale”. La cosa più assurda è stata che lo staff ha giustificato il tutto con una finta prenotazione, evidentemente inventata al momento. Un comportamento scorretto e anche piuttosto offensivo. A quel punto me ne sono andato, e per fortuna ho trovato un altro sushi in via Galiera dove – nonostante fosse pieno anche lì – mi hanno accolto con gentilezza, trovandomi un tavolo e trattandomi come chiunque altro. Professionalità vera. Un’esperienza così negativa da Yoma non si dimentica facilmente. Dieci recensioni negative non sarebbero abbastanza.

04/06/2025: Personnel peut attentif. Menu avec QR code qui ne fonctionne pas. Mauvais anglais incompréhensible. Très cher . Cuisine très ordinaire décongelée du micro-ondes. Attrape touristes.

29/06/2025: Takeaway order, an hour and a half of waiting and pizzas not up to the standard of such a wait, plus I asked for French fries and I got a pizza with French fries but I didn't want them on the pizza, oh well...

10/02/2025: The place is beautiful, there is also some board games, soft lights. They have a lot of good teas that you can choose from solx smelling all the aromas. The only thing I don't really like is that the music is often played at a high volume and it gets a bit noisy, but if you ask to turn it down they are available. Nice little place to go even in the afternoon to read a book.

27/03/2025: 7.50 am, I ask for a latte macchiato + 2 brioches, I am told that the pastries will be ready in 10 minutes 😳 in the meantime the bar fills up and the people leave after 7/8 minutes of waiting. My latte macchiato arrives scalding and full of slop 😠 the brioche are also given to me as burn ones and chosen by the barista, I ask and am told that there are only those! Crosses over, never again! Terrible service and very poor quality.

19/03/2025: Was highly disappointed with the coffee service. 1 euro and 20 cents for 3/4 drops of bitter coffee as it should be at least thank god. I've come there other times but I usually get the cappuccino, once I get the coffee I see myself pouring and serving a RIDICULOUS amount of liquid that is supposed to be coffee. STINGY, EMBARRASSING TO SAY BUT YOU ARE REALLY STINGY IN LEVEL OF FOOD QUANTITY COMPARED TO YOUR PRICES. at least the place is welcoming and with a nice brightness.

22/06/2025: Avremmo dovuto fidarci delle recensioni, invece spinti dalle foto di quelle bellissime pizze abbiamo deciso di provarci lo stesso. Se dovessi valutare solo ed esclusivamente l'impasto darei dieci stelle perchè è il migliore che abbia mai mangiato, leggero e sofficissimo, sembra di masticare una nuvola, peccato che gli ingredienti sopra non siano niente di eccezionale, ho mangiato molto meglio altrove. Il menù è particolare, di pizze classiche ne troverete si e no un paio, avevano tutte abbinamenti che a noi non piacevano, infatti alla fine ho ripiegato sulla classica margherita. Senza infamia e senza lode. Sul dolce stendiamo un velo pietoso! Mascarpone al pistacchio con un mascarpone che non era mascarpone (bianco anziché giallo e totalmente insapore) e sopra una colata di liquido verde che immagino avrebbe dovuto essere pistacchio ma non sapeva affatto di pistacchio e aveva anche un retrogusto leggermente alcolico (?) Buono invece il caffè. Il locale è arredato con gusto, sarebbe molto carino se non fosse così minuscolo, al limite del claustrofobico. I tavolini sono letteralmente appiccicati gli uni agli altri, mangi schiena a schiena con i clienti accanto e gomito a gomito con i tuoi stessi commensali perchè essendo più piccoli di un tavolo standard devi giocare a tetris per incastrare pizze, posate, bicchieri e bevande senza far cadere nulla. Nota di merito invece per il personale, tutti gentili e disponibili, sempre con il sorriso nonostante il caos del sabato sera. Servizio rapido e impeccabile. Non torneremo

16/06/2025: Spinta dalle belle recensioni qua e là sui social mi sono decisa a provare questa pizzeria, carica di aspettative, che purtroppo non sono state minimamente soddisfatte. Locale cassioso, super affollato, zero distanziamento tra un tavolo e l’altro, pizza nella media con ingredienti di scarsa qualità (mi riferisco sopratutto a patate e salsiccia, della Patanella, immangiabili), servizio al limite della sufficienza. C’è di meglio in giro, fidatevi.
