06/09/2025: I like Burger King in general, but I prefer it to McDonalds. I ate here this evening and found the quality to be good, and there are more choices on the menu than the one at the station, where I often go. I tried the Ranuto menu, which was very good and I think it's a novelty. You can order either from the tablet or at the cashier, you choose. The atmosphere is welcoming and clean, and I didn't find many people this evening. Please, everyone, leave your trays clean and empty them out of respect for the staff! Prices are normal, if they increase and the quality also increases, then it's fine.

03/08/2025: It's Burger King, my kids think it's better than McDonalds which is fair enough because McDonalds don't do Angry Whoppers. Angry Whoppers are good. It is closed. I have adjusted my rating accordingly. It is now reopened. I have readjusted. But I need to check if they do angry whoppers still. They were awfully good.

10/05/2025: Indecent. Starting from the wrapping: poorly made, with too little paper, it cannot be closed. Even the quality of the paper itself, poor, bakery-like. And what about the plastic tray that serves as the base for the tart? Never seen it in a pastry shop worthy of the name. Coming to the tart itself: normal, nothing special. Jam super pumped with sugar (bad). Overall it seems more like a bakery than a pastry shop to me. The internal tables: thrown there, for no reason, such that the shop assistant apologizes to you every time she has to pass by. I have an idea that they have changed management. I would say that “Sicilian cannoli specialty” that stands out on the card says it all.

24/05/2025: It would be very nice...years ago it was the best.. Now it will have changed management because many things have changed...the service..the cleanliness..the care of the. Customer...and the prices....expensive..the quality/price ratio is more than negative.

02/03/2025: There were four of us for lunch. I was intrigued by several negative reviews and many positive ones! I find all the negative ones defamatory; perhaps everyone is used to eating at Cracco's. Leaving aside this little opinion of mine... we ate very well; the truffle-filled first courses were excellent, and the meat was very tender and cooked to perfection. The service was fairly quick, considering we ate in about an hour. The only thing we didn't like was the house wine, but even that's subjective. Will we go back?! YES!

01/05/2025: Purtroppo abbiamo avuto la sfortuna di capitare in questo locale sicuramente i turisti non sono graditi nonostante le nostre richieste per poter ordinare un aperitivo ci veniva risposto maleducatamente senza elencare i loro cocktail in nessun tavolo c’erano tovaglioli di carta capisco tutto ma il personale è da formare assolutamente così non va assolutamente bene

24/03/2025: Siamo andati al bar per un drink e, oltre ad avere una vista spettacolare, sia il servizio che il trattamento del personale sono stati eccezionali. Assolutamente da raccomandare! Ogni volta che torneremo a Bologna ci torneremo, sono state persone meravigliose.

29/07/2025: Aldilà dei prezzi praticati (1,95 EUR per un cappuccino e 2,30 EUR per un croissant farcito), le aree di servizio gestite dal gruppo "Sarni" restano quelle dove preferisco fermarmi per una pausa lungo il viaggio, sia questo lungo o breve. I punti di forza, a mio parere, sono la vasta offerta – che spazia dalla caffetteria al ristorante self-service – e i prodotti proposti dal servizio bar, dal caffè Illy ai magnifici croissant vuoti o farciti con la marmellata o creme; non di meno, reputo valido il servizio di toilette e docce, caratterizzato da una pulizia di livello accettabile. Non mi convince, invece, la zona con i prodotti in vendita sugli espositori: aldilà della qualità dei prodotti alimentari in vendita (cioccolate, biscotti, sottoli, pasta di grano duro, bottiglie di vino, etc.), i prezzi applicati non mi hanno mai invogliato ad acquistare alcunché. Comunque sia, tirando le somme, per me è sì.

21/07/2025: Disorganizzazione al bar, pulizia pari a zero sia nell'area ristoro che nel resto del locale. Tutti i tavoli erano sporchi e il pavimento pieno di sporcizia e cumuli di polvere raccolti e lasciati in giro.

31/08/2025: My girlfriend and I ordered four slices of pizza, expecting to spend €15 max, but we ended up spending a whopping €25. The pizza is good, but at that price, I expect them to make me their own coffee. Prices aren't displayed.

23/06/2025: we ordered 4 pizzas this evening around 7.30pm we were told that the pizzas would arrive after 30-40 minutes the pizzas arrived after 20 minutes, positive if they served us as soon as possible but in this context they served us precisely after so the boy who arrived on time after 40 minutes had to eat the cold pizza ... but the quality of the (hot) pizza was top

08/04/2025: Premetto che siamo clienti affezionati da anni pressocchè da quando ha aperto il locale, ammirando tutte le evoluzioni sia sotto l'aspetto cucina che location. FINITA LA PREMESSA. Scrivo questa recensione per far capire al gestore che c'è qualcosa che non va!! 1°- E' già la terza o quarta volta che mi ritrovo andare a pagare il conto e c'è sempre una discrepanza: "quant'è il conto? €60 poi mi fa lo scontrino di €59,50. non sono i 50 centesimi che mi fanno diventare ricchi ma altre volte parliamo di 2/3 euro. 2° La qualità del cibo, (quando lo fanno loro) è buona, ma se ordinate i fritti bisogna stare attenti perche "è cibo surgelato con pastella che non si sa da dove viene", tutto questo lo scopri quando vai a digerire , io sono stato malissimo e tornavano su i fritti. Quindi alla luce di tutto IO NON CI TORNO PIU'.

07/03/2025: Sono andato la sera di San Valentino con mia moglie per festeggiare essendoci già andato altre volte e essendomi trovato sempre bene. Solo dopo ho scoperto che avevano cambiato gestione. Dopo una attesa abbastanza lunga per ordinare abbiamo fatto la prenotazione. Siamo rimasti abbastanza delusi del mangiare. Io ho preso un risotto con aggiunta di tartufo ( che in realtà era scorzone). Il cameriere mi ha detto la quantità che avrebbe messo ma non il costo aggiunto. Il risotto è arrivato appena tiepido ed il tartufo era insapore. Penso che non tornerò più.

09/07/2025: Conosco questo locale da anni, da quando mi impedirono di entrare nei locali perché ho sempre rifiutato di iniettarmi il cosiddetto vaccino. Ho quindi solo esperienza di ordini con consegna, ma dico comunque la mia. Il cibo è cucinato molto bene. Le pietanza sono molto abbondanti e ci mangio spesso anche due volte. Ordino spesso i menù proposti, ma sono sempre disponibili a qualche variazione. Continuerò ad ordinare, quando non mi va di cucinare. E' un po' lontano da casa mia, ma la mancia per il rider non manca mai!
