15/06/2025: Food was good, server was really welcoming, joked with the kids. Outside is street seating, inside air conditioned room.

14/06/2025: It is the most classic of the tourist places where they offer you typical food at exorbitant prices and the quality leaves a little to be desired. located in one of the most characteristic and typical streets of the city where many typical food shops overlook, you are forced to eat in the middle of the crowd and the crowd, pedestrians pass by, tourist bikes that bump into you or hit your table, it would be fine just for tourists. We stopped in a moment of need not being able to find anything that could satisfy our need instantly a cutting board of ham not very tasty, with mozzarella / burrata, two medium beers and 4 tigelle of number all for the modest sum of € 35. What is surprising is that the service guys pass by you without asking if you need them, they bring you the menu and come back after more than a quarter of an hour.. I understand that they certainly have a very varied coming and going of customers during the day so there is not much concern in following the customer, I think it would have been enough to move a few hundred meters to find a more welcoming service, eat perhaps a little better and spend a little less. overall I am disappointed because if this is the presentation card to tourists of our city it leaves a little to be desired Paying to be treated with disdain, except for the availability and courtesy of just one person, is an experience that I recommend avoiding

18/05/2025: We found this place at a very quiet time, on a Saturday afternoon. Beautiful decor and spaces designed to be accessible, starting with the entrance with the ramp. Very friendly staff and good drinks. We will be back.

22/06/2025: I have already ordered pizzas, calzones, panuozzi and appetizers several times. Everything is excellent, excellent cooking, delicious pasta and prompt delivery. They also give you free drinks depending on the expense, I love you!

05/04/2025: We received an incomplete pizza, the "Delicata" without flakes and without rocket. When we called the restaurant, they told us that they didn't want another pizza and that at most they would bring us rocket and flakes, and so it was. In the meantime the pizza has become frozen. It looks like a candid camera but it's not 😂

06/05/2025: What delicious pizza and what a great location) if you are going to or from Bologna airport on foot, you should definitely eat here! The prices are very reasonable, any pizza is around 10 euros plus/minus. They cook very quickly in the oven. The pizza itself is simply huge, my wife and I ate one between us and were full all evening, right up to our flight.

23/02/2025: I hadn't been to C&G for more than a year due to increased prices associated with decreased quality. Today in a hurry, I decide to stop for a coffee and a vegan. Not even in the worst station bars have I found such poor quality. Coffee bordering on acceptable, really small vegan pasta, an unclassifiable mix of sweet and savory. All for €2.90. There is much better in the area.

14/02/2025: I ordered a cake for Valentine's Day in advance, leaving the name and telephone number, the cake was small and priced at €16. I go to collect the cake, the girl (curly with a ponytail, mulatto) with an arrogant and snooty tone tells me that the cake doesn't exist under that name, I reiterate that the cake has been booked with the name I had already mentioned, she continues to say that it isn't there, if I want there is the one in the window. So I find myself Accepting because I wanted to have it that way for the evening, I go to the checkout, and it tells me the price is €25, the size is the small one (I had seen all the sizes that were available when I chose it and therefore I know very well the difference between the various sizes). I say that the price was 16, and that if he wanted he could ask his colleague who I had spoken to (and he had written everything on a piece of paper). always in an arrogant tone she replies no and that she is there and to rely on her and that if I wanted I could change her. In the end, completely pissed off, I take it anyway (I'm not the daughter of €9 more) because if I order a cake one way I would like to collect it as I say and not change it at the last minute due to a mistake that isn't mine. I expected at least that the price would be kept at 16 given the situation. Also because at the end of it all I got a small cake with the price of a larger size, so I got screwed twice. What I absolutely did not appreciate, regardless of the cake, was the attitude of the girl, who, instead of apologizing and responding in a kind manner, approached in an arrogant and presumptuous manner even though the mistake was theirs. I recommend reviewing your attitude towards the customer and knowing how to apologize appropriately when, as in this case, the mistake was solely and exclusively theirs.

16/05/2025: I have to say that reading some of the comments I had a bad impression, but going in person and living the experience was something else. The place is huge and the structure a bit confusing but from the beginning, when I asked for support from the employees, they explained to me all the dynamics and what I had to do with great kindness. Fantastic service, cheerful staff and willing to offer assistance, both at the cash registers and at the counters. The food is of very good quality, as a canteen that it is, and the portions are beastly. The quantity-quality-price ratio is very balanced and I also feel like I came out on top, taking into account the very difficult situation we find ourselves in with restaurants in Bologna (poor quality food and very expensive!). I would definitely go back and I would prefer it to the other canteens I have visited so far. Thanks again for the good service.

24/05/2025: Purtroppo un'esperienza davvero deludente. Ho ordinato un pain au chocolat con molte aspettative alla luce delle ottime recensioni del locale e invece era immangiabile! Gelido, sembrava appena uscito dal frigorifero, non dal forno. Invece di sciogliersi in bocca, era duro e mi ha lasciato un pessimo sapore in bocca pur avendone assaggiato solo un morso.Mi aspettavo qualcosa di fragrante e goloso, e invece è stato una delusione totale. Sinceramente, un bar che serve un prodotto del genere mostra poca cura per la qualità e zero attenzione al cliente. Non tornerò.

14/06/2025: I go here quite often and have always had a good time. The employees are friendly and helpful, the pastries are good and you can tell they make them on the spot. Coffee, also not bad in my opinion. Friendliness: 10 out of 10 Goodness of the pastries/savory: 8 Coffee: 8.5 Location: 8

07/06/2025: I visited this pastry shop this morning.. starting to work very early I showed up in front of the shop at 5:53, 7 minutes before opening.. a gentleman even though he was there did not let me in and addressed me with an unpleasant and rude attitude.. so much so that I left.. shame because I was a regular customer.

01/05/2025: Purtroppo abbiamo avuto la sfortuna di capitare in questo locale sicuramente i turisti non sono graditi nonostante le nostre richieste per poter ordinare un aperitivo ci veniva risposto maleducatamente senza elencare i loro cocktail in nessun tavolo c’erano tovaglioli di carta capisco tutto ma il personale è da formare assolutamente così non va assolutamente bene

24/03/2025: Siamo andati al bar per un drink e, oltre ad avere una vista spettacolare, sia il servizio che il trattamento del personale sono stati eccezionali. Assolutamente da raccomandare! Ogni volta che torneremo a Bologna ci torneremo, sono state persone meravigliose.

25/05/2025: They advertise on social media a spritz for €3.50 but they charge €6, without bringing any type of cutting board/appetizer. They didn't provide any menu and when we asked, only after we had paid, they specified "wrong advertising"

10/05/2025: Indecent. Starting from the wrapping: poorly made, with too little paper, it cannot be closed. Even the quality of the paper itself, poor, bakery-like. And what about the plastic tray that serves as the base for the tart? Never seen it in a pastry shop worthy of the name. Coming to the tart itself: normal, nothing special. Jam super pumped with sugar (bad). Overall it seems more like a bakery than a pastry shop to me. The internal tables: thrown there, for no reason, such that the shop assistant apologizes to you every time she has to pass by. I have an idea that they have changed management. I would say that “Sicilian cannoli specialty” that stands out on the card says it all.

21/06/2025: Nice place, good food the only shame is the bartenders, they ignored me the whole time while I was waiting to order, the food is very good shame about the price and in addition I asked for a soft drink and they gave me an alcoholic drink even though I can't drink alcohol, then I waited a long time to ask for a product even though the bartenders looked at me, ignored me and did other things, then after a long time they gave me the product I had requested, they are quite ignorant.

14/06/2025: We were here on a Saturday afternoon. I had trouble reading the menu, even though I was very close. The flavors are in fact displayed in a window placed high up and not very visible. The place is in my opinion very disorganized, the people who work there were hasty and superficial in serving us. One of them while preparing my order suddenly left. Leaving me there. I had to ask another colleague to finish my order. The ice cream was very sugary, I took the white chocolate and it actually looked like a cremino. Prices above average and the outside environment was not very well cared for (many tables were dirty and messy). Positive note the automatic cash register present there.
