The small pastries (mignon) are very good, and the bar is always very busy, with a few tables outside under the portico where you can have breakfast. In fact, on Saturday mornings, for example, it's sometimes so crowded that I don't want to go in. They also serve aperitifs.

26/06/2026: The chicken is always excellent, it's our go-to place when we come to Bologna. It's a shame because it's really, really hot inside, so it's best to order takeout.

17/06/2026: I don't eat ice cream. I bought one for the greyhound, but he didn't like it. He'll write a separate review on his website. The lady who served him was certainly rude, to say the least.
16/06/2026: Excellent ice cream, almost the only ones I know that make the pistachio One flavor, which in my opinion is the best... a nice place for an evening stroll too...
