More of a pub than a tavern, especially considering the not exactly affordable prices. The culinary offering is limited but honest in quality and quantity. The wine is excellent, the staff are friendly, and the place is intimate and comfortable.
Excellent restaurant serving traditional regional cuisine.
A platter of cured meats and cheeses is carefully prepared using excellent ingredients.
The parmigiana is also good.
Returned after three years, and sadly, I have to say that something isn't working anymore. The menu has been slightly reduced, but the quality is still there. The staff is very active and helpful. The restaurant, however, no longer has an identity. Big screen in the dining room, sports games blasting, making it difficult to sit at a table with friends.
