03/11/2025: A very nice and well-maintained place. I must say, it doesn't look impressive from the outside, but once inside, it's very welcoming. This is all enhanced by the kindness and professionalism of the staff. The waitress was truly excellent at explaining their doughs and clearing up any questions we had. The pizza is truly delicious; we tried two different doughs and both were exceptional, without any digestive issues. Top! Only one complaint: unlike the buffalo mozzarella, the "regular" mozzarella tasted like a roadside pizza—the frozen kind, in other words—which it absolutely wasn't. In our opinion, simply substituting this ingredient would have made the result even better. We had no trouble finding parking, and the dinner price was absolutely right. Highly recommended! 06/10/2025: A really wonderful meal. The owner was so friendly and welcoming. The restaurant was inviting with its mural of vegetables and wall of daily specials and wines. The daily pasta was exceptional where we savored every bite and didn't want it to end. Both mains were delicious and unique. This was by far the most vegetables we have seen on a menu in Italy and it was all so delicious. The chocolate mousse made with carrot was so rich, smooth, and decadent, very surprising it was vegan. We recommend this to anyone and would love to come back some day.

05/10/2025: We had a fantastic evening and couldn't get enough of the food. The atmosphere and service were excellent. Very friendly and accommodating, even when it was a bit busier. We felt very comfortable.

12/10/2025: Everything, absolutely everything, was delicious! Superb piadinas. Top-notch ingredients. Simple atmosphere and friendly, professional service. I went there with 14 friends and we ate very well, spending a fair amount, with little wait in a family-friendly, cheerful atmosphere. We'll definitely be back!!!

25/09/2025: My wife and I enjoyed an early dinner after all day travel from Phoenix, starting a nice bottle of Bologna Rossa then dinner of tagliatelli with wild boar ragu. We ate inside...a very comfy restaurant/bar location and had the place to ourselves until another table arrived after 7 pm. Service was attentive. Good choice.

18/09/2025: One thing I wouldn't change about my trip in Bologna is our dinner at Vinoteca. Excellent food, paired with amazing wine that the staff recommended. I will definitely visit again when I return in Bologna!

08/09/2025: A clean and tidy place where you can enjoy a delicious piadina or cassone surrounded by nature. There are games for children to keep them entertained while you eat. The piadinas are well-filled and tasty. Good value for money.

I highly recommend it; it remains one of the few trattorias that stays true to the trattoria concept, and the prices are more than affordable.

The tagliatelle with mushrooms and the potato-filled ravioli with goose ragù were exquisite, rich in flavor, and made with quality ingredients. For main courses, the wild boar with sweet and sour onions and the goose breast with Cointreau were exceptional. Honestly, all the dishes won us over: you can taste the passion and care put into every course. The place is intimate, welcoming, and well-kept. The owner is kind, attentive, and a master in the kitchen! Highly recommended.
