Nice atmosphere, quiet and welcoming. The pizza was very good, among the best I've had in Ferrara. I also had dessert, a cheesecake, which was also really good and fresh.

Typical Ferrarese dishes, carefully prepared. A good value.

Friendly staff, I went to eat pizza but they didn't have lactose-free mozzarella so I opted for a cheek with fantastic polenta

We celebrated my daughter's graduation at Frattino, and were greeted impeccably by the Frattino staff! Mr. Matteo, the owner, is a wonderful person, kind and helpful, and the food was a true delight! Everything was excellent! The prices were truly fair! We'll definitely be back! I highly recommend it!

One of the best places in Ferrara.

First time at Frattino, with friends who had previously come for pizza and had enjoyed both the quality and the service. The restaurant is located on one of the streets in Ferrara's historic center. It's elegant, well-decorated, and stylish, making it suitable for any event. We had a pizza with a thin crust, and although I'm not a fan of thin-crust pizzas, it was good. The menu is very extensive, offering a variety of pizzas with different toppings than the traditional ones. The first and second course menu is worth trying. Reservations are recommended.

I've been to this place several times. The food is excellent, and not just the pizza. Try other dishes like fish, too, and you'll be satisfied. One problem: the acoustics are terrible. When it's full, it's hard to talk, but obviously that's not the management's fault.

I occasionally return to Al Frattino, this time for a delicious pizza with my wife. A few steps from the Este Castle, this restaurant, excellently run by Mr. Matteo and his staff, features exposed beams and offers tasty, well-prepared dishes and a wide variety of pizzas. The service is prompt, and the prices are absolutely in line with the offerings. A wide variety of desserts to delight every palate. I highly recommend it!

I've already been there a couple of times with friends for dinner, trying both appetizers and first courses. The truffle cappelletti and their potato wedges were delicious. The atmosphere is pleasant, and they also have pizza! I recommend it! It's especially good for dinners with colleagues or friends!
