29/07/2025: Menu of the day for 13 or 15 euros, the food is DIVINE. The cacio e pepe is truly excellent, the stew melts in your mouth. The almond tart is amazing. Super friendly staff, parking for about 15 trucks. Clean restrooms. Fixed menu for us truck drivers on Saturdays. Highly recommended.

16/09/2025: This is a very good hotel. It's a 3-minute walk to the sea. Incredibly good breakfast. Fresh pastries, various fruits. Everything your heart desires in the morning. Very tasty coffee and tea, natural honey. And the hospitality is unsurpassed. Family business. Everyone is friendly, smiling. And Oliver (the youngest member of the FAMILY) is love at first sight. We will definitely come here again. We wish the hotel "Villa Maris" prosperity and grateful customers. 💖🫶❤️

27/07/2025: We stayed here for 4 days, we had a tour, 4 days in three places. The villa is located in a great place, 5 minutes to the beach and 20 minutes from the old center of Rimini, where you can spend a wonderful evening. The villa may not have the most comfortable rooms, they are quite small, but there is everything you need - a comfortable bed, clean linen, a balcony in the room with a wonderful view of the canal and the sea. There is a large terrace on the 3rd floor - a great place to admire the sunset and drink a glass of wine. I would like to separately note the hospitality and friendliness of the owners, they are also the staff of the villa. It seemed like we were at home! Any whim - coffee, cappuccino, water, cake, fruit whenever you want. Breakfasts are the same every day, but all the products are of the highest quality, only noble cheeses, fresh orange, aromatic coffee, delicious desserts, excellent quality fruits. And the atmosphere is homey and cozy. I highly recommend it, you will not regret it.

18/09/2025: You can never go wrong with the food and drinks here, made with good quality ingredients at a fair price. The location is truly beautiful and stylishly furnished, and the pergola overlooking the city dock is stunning.

15/11/2025: I can say that the quality is good, homemade pasta, excellent tagliatelle, considering I'm from Bologna, compliments on the tagliata, with good quality vegetables, very warm atmosphere, polite staff and clean place, I have to say that the panna cotta dessert with berries is truly excellent, compliments, I recommend it, I always agree that in catering, having a few dishes on the menu is right, the dishes are carefully prepared and precise, it's worth 5 stars, traditional flavours.

The standout was the bomba di riso con piccione, a unique dish with tender pigeon encased in perfectly cooked rice, delivering a rich, unforgettable taste. Every bite felt like a celebration of Emilia-Romagna’s culinary heritage. The staff and chef were friendly and attentive, enhancing the experience with their genuine hospitality. Brisla Trattoria is a gem for anyone craving an authentic and flavorful introduction to Emilian cuisine. Highly recommended!

11/10/2025: Great Emilian food with very good open wines. We've had a tasty lunch. Only hiccup was that we needed to wait quite some time for the dessert for my girlfriend while I've already got mine. The waiters spoke good English which made it even easier for us to feel comfortable.

05/10/2025: TERRIBLE! For the tenth time I've ordered a takeout pizza for a specific time, every time I arrive at the scheduled time, and EVERY TIME they deliver the pizza HALF AN HOUR LATER. Does this seem normal to you? If you give me a specific time, RESPECT IT!!!!

09/09/2025: We were disappointed because it took an hour from ordering to the dishes arriving, 20 minutes for the first round of water, and we had to remember the second round. The food quality was very mediocre; my gluten-free ravioli looked like a joke given their tiny size, the tartare arrived already topped with onion, which not everyone likes, and the sliced ​​steak was overcooked and therefore tough. The desserts were very basic for the price, 7 euros. A disappointing experience, especially considering there were 10 of us and we spent a lot of money.

There's a second issue: Tables occupied by people who had long since finished eating; it was 9:30. It would be enough to come by and clear the table; it's part of the service. By doing so, those who lack the sensitivity and education to understand that there are people standing, waiting, and standing, eating would probably understand the need to clear the table and make room for those who have a better right to it. These are two points for improvement. Not criticisms. I'm truly sorry not to give Dondi pastry shop the 5 stars it deserves for many reasons, and certainly not just today.
