22/08/2025: A historic bar under new management, with young, qualified staff. Suitable for those looking for something refreshing for breakfast or aperitifs. The bartender has unparalleled experience in the Carpi area. The quality of the spirits is very good. Small lunches and league matches are available. If you're passing through Carpi, you MUST STOP.

15/08/2025: A walk-through bar with parking and a lovely outdoor terrace overlooking a small internal park away from the road. Excellent for breakfasts and quick lunches. But the real highlight is the aperitifs! Giuseppe is truly skilled at creating unique and delicious cocktails. In addition to drinks, they have a wide selection of craft beers in cans and on tap!! Federico, with his smile and his friendly manner, made me feel right at home... what can I say, Bada Bing has become my favorite place ❤️

14/09/2025: In the beautiful town hall square, just steps from the cathedral and the "liston", lies this innovative venue. The back room of the historic butcher's shop pays homage to high-quality products. Whether you're looking for aperitif, lunch, or dinner, it doesn't matter. Try it again and again. As a Ferrarese who migrated elsewhere, this place will bring back memories. Well done.

25/07/2025: A well-designed little place in the town hall square in Ferrara, the back of the shop is a sign of the high-quality products coming from the historic family shop. Simple, small, with ample space, excellent wines, and delicious menu options. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and very kind. A place to return to time and time again.

11/10/2025: Welcoming atmosphere, suitable for couples, families, or groups of friends. Good value for money. The starters weren't very generous. The cold cuts were good.

07/09/2025: We stopped after seeing a royal who spoke highly of it. We didn't book for two people. As soon as we entered, the waiter, already very agitated, rudely told us there was no room. Then he almost immediately changed his mind and found us a table. We sat down, the first thing I noticed were dirty glasses and smelly napkins. The place itself is old and quaint, but the smell of the place was that old one that lingers in your nose. Despite that, we ate quite well. I didn't like the coffee.

14/10/2025: I love this pizza. Made with proper traditional care with a selection of different dough. The ingredients are finely selected and combined. A must eat 🍕!

25/09/2025: Seven of us had lunch: tortellini with cream cheese (too runny), vegetarian tortelloni (very poor), tagliata, gnocco fritto (a paltry 2 pieces with culatta per person), rabbit with plums (good), giardiniera, and desserts (which were good). With water, wine, and coffee, €55.00 each... decidedly expensive for the poor quality and quantity.

04/10/2025: Nice place Good grill Decent value for money Unfortunately, at 3:30 PM (we went for lunch on a holiday), they asked us to leave because the restaurant was closing, and when we asked for coffee, we were told the machine was already turned off... not great!

28/09/2025: I went to dinner for a baptism with my partner. Poor service as soon as we sat down, they served pickled appetizers after almost an hour, poor mixed cold cuts after 30 minutes, toasted crescent cakes after 30 minutes, wine was brought out. They brought three first courses, evidently on request, as we didn't know they weren't on the menu. They offered us two a second course of breast, perhaps turkey, which was inedible. It was evidently for people who can't eat pork, unbeknownst to us, as we thought it was off the menu. After 30 minutes, they served grilled pork with grilled vegetables, which was quite good, even if several pieces of meat were burnt. After an hour, dessert didn't arrive, so we left the place. I will never set foot in this place again.

24/08/2025: Amazing pizza. Tried 3 different pies and a saltimbocca I think it's called and every single one was so delicious, so well balanced, and just such an experience. The pizzaiolo here KNOWS what he's doing. He knows how to satisfy your salty, sweet, crunchy, soft, bitter, sour, umami, and creamy craving in 1 bite. Highly recommend it here. Pizza does not take long to make and cook, less than 10 minutes, and he was kind enough to give my husband and I a pie that was half 1 pizza and half another that we were undecided about. Very friendly chef.

20/08/2025: I was on my way to the thermal pools nearby terme di agnano. And I did not plan stopping by. But I smelled the pizza and come on, figured why not. SOOOOOO glad I did. The Pizzaiolo knows what he's doing. Flavors, right balance, he has it all mastered. Ask him for recommendations he's gone on competitions in Madrid and Las Vegas. SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS YOU WONT REGRET IT! I think its mostly to go orders so clearly the locals know its great. So plan not be dining in.

28/09/2025: Family lunch for my brother's birthday, a wonderful surprise with the menu we'd agreed upon a few days earlier. The first courses, tagliatelle with ragù and passatelli, were truly excellent. Perhaps a little limited, but I assume they were holding back for the tigelle and crescentine that would arrive later, but overall, they were truly excellent. Tigelle and crescentine with a vast selection of cured meats, cheeses, pickled onions, and a stewed sausage that would have been truly outstanding if it had been a little less salty. To finish, there was also something sweet to pair with the tigelle and crescentine, truly delicious. The house wine was very good, and the staff was friendly, professional, and very attentive to their customers. Definitely worth it.

13/08/2025: I'm sad to write this review because the pizza is one of the best in Medicina. But watch out for the prices! The lady at the cash register applies arbitrary prices to the pizzas. The total never matches the price on the paper menu. Once, she charged me an extra 0.50 cents for paying by card, and unfortunately, I only noticed after I left. Another evening, she told us we'd have to wait two hours for takeout pizzas, while eating in wouldn't have been that long. Why? Do they use two different ovens? All for a few euros more for cover and water. We won't be returning.

12/10/2025: Historic local restaurant. With appropriate proportions and without expecting a Michelin-starred meal, this is an excellent place to eat at reasonable prices. The food is good and plentiful.

12/10/2025: Had lunch for the first time. The waitress was very kind, helpful, and friendly, and attentive to the customer's needs. We ate very well. I recommend it. Fair value for money. We will definitely be back.
