19/08/2024: Dopo anni di visite a Maranello, per la prima volta o notato questa locanda a Casinalbo e o deciso di provare.... e sono stato veramente soddisfatto, cucina tipica modenese, ambiente curato e informale, personale gentilissimo. Nelle mie due visite ho assaggiato i gnocchi fritti ripeni di formaggio cremoso e pancetta appetitosi, ravioli ripieni di faraona con nocciole e timo ottimi, mascarpone alla nutella con biscotti inzuppati nel nocino buonissimo, maccheroni al pettine con ragu di coniglio e lardo di colonnata veramente super. Ottimi anche gnocco fritto e tigelle accompagnate da salumi e crema di lardo. Molto graditi gli entrè offerti dalla casa. Locale Consigliatissimo

09/01/2025: The menu seems interesting with refined ingredients, it's a pity that they are not felt on the plate and are covered by an indefinite green garlic sauce present in almost every course and not specified in the menu. There is absolutely nothing Sicilian about it. Terrible service. The two main courses arrived wrong (mistaking a cut with a bucatini). Without excuses they have the dishes redone and we ask if it is possible to have some panelle while waiting (they should not be missing given the name of the restaurant). They answered yes in a surprised and annoyed way. We wait half an hour and neither the panelle arrive (requested several times, but "you know the fryer is small", it's a shame that they arrive regularly at other tables) nor the dishes. finally the dishes arrive (no trace of the panelle). Sliced ​​swordfish (€24) tasteless, small and cold. We order a passito to end the evening and it is served to us drop by drop in a grappa glass. We point out everything to the bill but receive no apologies or understanding. The owner is more busy having dinner at the table with friends, rather than helping out in the dining room

05/01/2025: Rustic but elegant atmosphere, in keeping with the place. Almost perfect service, very friendly staff. Excellent food: I recommend porcini and blueberry tortelloni and noteworthy wine. Really worth going back!

30/12/2024: Received a very warm welcome by everyone on 28/12/2024. We could not speak Italian to a conversational level, but that was not an issue, a couple of the staff members waited on us and were able to help. I would like to say a special thanks to the short haired brunette waitress and the lady with a fairer complexion and lighter hair, they were both so friendly and helpful! It can be hard travelling around with limited knowledge of every language, so it’s really lovely that as ever the Italian hospitality has not let us down once more! The food was lovely and the pistachio desserts were a real treat!

The dough was tasteless and completely clashed with its internal cooking, which ended up being gummy and sticky. I'm sorry to say but the experience was absolutely below all expectations.
