18/03/2026: Tuna lunch... There were people during lunchtime, almost not a business lunch, but a meeting of friends or lovers, almost everyone drank sake. Lunch was ok, but not 5-star. I waited for standard lunch for 30 min; if you have only 1 hour, it's crucial. Rice was cold 🤷‍♂️

15/02/2026: A very well-kept and welcoming restaurant with knowledgeable and friendly staff. Impeccable, beautifully presented dishes with quality ingredients. I'm a vegetarian and only indulge a few times a year, and this is the perfect place. The raw fish selection, in particular, is particularly good. The carpaccio and tartare are truly delicious. Highly recommended!

The tasting experience was absolutely extraordinary and allowed me to discover the true quality of local charcuterie. I bought several products, and each one was exceptional. It's a place where passion for the product and hospitality come together. A huge thank you for this experience; I will definitely return on my next trip to Parma!

13/04/2026: A very peaceful resort nestled in the greenery...with the occasional hare wandering around the garden. Beautiful rooms and a restaurant with a limited but refined and very good selection of dishes. Delicious bread. Relaxing, with a garden and reading rooms. We stayed one night before Easter and had dinner at the restaurant. The morning breakfast was very good.
