It's my new favorite restaurant, found by chance, on a perfect day and even inside the restaurant everything was perfect, very high quality dishes, traditional dishes masterfully executed. Fast and impeccable service. Comfortable, elegant and refined place. Helpful, kind but above all smiling and sunny staff. Special mention for Mrs. Barbara, an angel!

09/06/2025: The place is very nice: characteristic and rustic inside, outside a nice terrace, and downstairs we ate in a very well-kept garden even more beautiful! (Some insects that wander around the garden can be found but that's the beauty of nature); excellent traditional food, the waitress really kind! I would gladly go back

20/06/2025: After a long time I returned to eat a gluten-free pizza, and I must say that the experience offered by I Dissonanti went far beyond my expectations. Although I am not celiac, I have a slight intolerance to gluten and refined flours, and I am used to alternative doughs that often turn out dry, crumbly or too compact. Here, however, I found what I can define without hesitation as the best gluten-free pizza I have ever eaten. The dough is surprisingly soft, well leavened and with a pleasantly elastic consistency, which holds the toppings perfectly without "going mushy". The cooking is impeccable, with the right balance between crunchiness and softness. The choice of ingredients is also of the highest quality, from tomatoes to mozzarella, through cold cuts and very fresh vegetables. Another very appreciable aspect is the wide selection of gluten-free beers, which is far from obvious, alongside non-alcoholic beers and the classic traditional options. An attention that demonstrates a concrete sensitivity towards those with particular dietary needs, without making them feel "different". The place is well-kept, welcoming and the service is attentive, courteous and well-informed about gluten-free options, an element that always makes the difference when dealing with food intolerances or sensitivities. I highly recommend I Dissonanti not only to those who follow a gluten-free diet, but also to those who are simply curious to discover an alternative dough made with skill and passion. A virtuous example of how inclusive cuisine can also be extremely tasty.

20/06/2025: Despite the sudden change of table that they made us do after sitting down, it was a good culinary experience The pizza in a pan was excellent, even if the red one was very salty The possibility of taking 1 liter of beer was great, but it arrived with 10 cl less. We had it filled to the right level (otherwise what's the point of taking 1 liter, to save money, if it arrives not full?) It's a shame that the outdoor area is practically on the street, but it's much better than dining inside, where there was an impressive noise pollution, knowing that all the tables were full

25/05/2025: Neapolitan style pizzas, soft and quite thin in the center. Good and average with good ingredients, only small defect would be to put a little more tomato because near the edges the sauce is burnt, especially on margherita and similar pizzas.

26/05/2025: We went to grill in the park behind the restaurant, also owned by the biolca, we had a great time, the kids had a lot of fun, kindness and availability at the top. There is a dedicated area for those who want to grill, all properly equipped, with tables, benches, sink, fountains, refrigerator, freezer and even deckchairs!!!! In the area where you grill there are tables with umbrellas, the grills are already ready with wood and charcoal ready to be lit, top service as far as I'm concerned. When you arrive you already find the tables and benches dedicated to those who have booked, there are plastic chairs for those who want to be more comfortable, there is also a bathroom available for those who grill located in a small house equipped with everything necessary. You can only light up by reservation, but I assure you it's worth it! Maybe I would recommend a little more care of the greenery but for the rest really very good.

08/06/2025: We went for lunch on Sunday. Typical atmosphere and delicious food. I recommend the trio/bis of first courses so you can try more traditional dishes. Price a little higher than expected but still definitely acceptable! Recommended.
