Every time I go to Bologna I eat here, it is now my trusted piadine shop. I always get gluten-free piadina or pizza, as I am intolerant, and I have never encountered any problems. The guy who works there on weekends is very professional and nice. A place I recommend!

Excellent gluten-free piadina, followed by an excellent fruit tart. Friendly and quick service, normal prices. We had lunch on the roadside, the day permitted. The room inside is not generous, but that can't be a flaw. In short, recommended, especially for celiacs.

Discreet piade and pinse. Don't take the tagliatella with ragù, tried but watery seasoning with little meat compared to the little tomato and little seasoning, I wouldn't serve it even to a foreign tourist. The rest is discreet, even gluten-free.

Primi assaggi delle piadine della città di Bologna. Non ho apprezzato la disposizione del locale, anche essendo semplicemente un'unica sala. Era in corso una festa per bambini ad un tavolo lungo e forse questo avrà un po' "disorientato" la disposizione delle scorso Sabato sera. La mia piadina: culatello, granda e pomodori, ha avuto un discreto successo per me. In sala ci ha seguito un ragazzo che è stato a modo e gentile. Buon lavoro!

La piadina è buona e ben farcita, comprendiamo che avere la fila fuori fa pressione sul personale, conviene sempre sentire prima se occorre altro e non partire con "signori dobbiamo liberare il tavolo". Direi ottima invece la piadina senza glutine anche se la seconda è risultata non cotta completamente (anche questa a causa della fretta). Locale non grandissimo ma accogliente, conviene sempre prenotare. Ritorneremo in periodi meno affollati per gustare le piadine senza cronometro in mano. Locale comunque che consigliamo specialmente per l'attenzione al gluten free.
