The environment is also well looked after, thanks to the feminine touch: cut flowers in vases, oracle books near the cash register, attention to detail, precision in service. 08/02/2025: First time dining (for brunch) and can’t wait to return (for brunch, and to try dinner). I had the avocado toast with poached eggs which was excellent. We shared a side of potatoes for the table. And my friends ordered omelet and Benedict. Food was delicious and reasonably priced. Really looking forward to coming here for dinner. The pasta selection looks great.

02/02/2025: I am a long time fan of Ambrosia, but had the most disappointing experience recently. I made a reservation a month in advance, and had to wait 20 minutes for a table, while the hostesses were discussing how they could possibly seat us by pushing tables together upstairs, etc. We were sat upstairs, which is nothing like the nice atmosphere downstairs, at a table that was so close to other tables that we had to ask everyone to move. They had so many people seated in this room that I physically could not talk or hear anyone at my table. Needless to say we ate our meal and got out of there as fast as we can. For $30 plates, I would expect so much more from Ambrosia.

24/09/2024: Finally normal restaurant in Cervia. Nice place with delicious food on the menu. Excellent pizza and the staff is great. Definitely I recommend this place to visit.

11/02/2025: Today I was in line and respectfully waited for my turn, when it was finally my turn three men entered and cut in line before me. The clerk started serving them, so I tried to point out to her that I had been in line longer and that I had already been waiting for a while and her response was that I had to keep waiting. I was very disappointed and left even though I had already waited about ten minutes in line

17/12/2024: Suggestive and welcoming location ideal for lunches, dinners and events. I had the pleasure of having lunch here for my uncles' wedding anniversary. Excellent traditional dishes: tortellini in broth, tortelli with speck and scamorza, roasts with potatoes. The panoramic view and the lit fireplace will make your stay very pleasant. Friendly and helpful staff. Be careful of snowy/icy roads in the winter months.

05/02/2025: Once an icon of Santarcangelo. Lately it has become very expensive and with dishes that are not up to par. You can't see burnt barbecue in a place with an important history like this.

17/01/2025: We visited this restaurant on a recommendation of our friends and had a pleasant meal. The food was fantastic but unfortunately due to illness we had to cut it short and leave prematurely. The owner and staff were so understanding and accommodating. They packed what was left of our meal, which was the majority of it and helped us get sorted for leaving. They were very gracious and friendly. We will surely go there again once we are back in Santarcangelo di Romagna. We will be back in March and we look forward to having a nice lunch or dinner there. Can highly recommend the food and kindness of the staff. Well worth a visit. Oh and the bread they gave us before our meal was excellent! Made themselves, I believe.

17/11/2024: Tagliatelle STREPITOSE, fatte in casa e condire con porcini o tartufo. . duando siamo arrivati all'ultima forchettata ci è dispiaciuto troppo! Tutto il resto, verdure comprese: mai mangiato meglio ultimamente!. Cordiale e soprattutto sorridente il personale! Nonostante la lontananza, torneremo !

01/11/2024: Historic restaurant .... I had already been there years ago for a business lunch, I went back, I must say that they have maintained themselves ... good food, very fast service and very courteous and kind waitresses! Fair price for a business lunch!
