First experience with this type of hotel, I liked everything from the food to the entertainment for the children to the very kind staff.

This is our third year back with our daughter, and it gets better every year. The facility is perfect for families, the staff is top-notch, the food is excellent, and the entertainment is top-notch! The beach is clean and well-equipped! If you have small children, it's worth a try—you won't regret it!

We stayed from June 21st to 27th, and overall, it was a wonderful vacation, especially for the children. They had a blast, and their joy was evident throughout the week. A great strength of the property is undoubtedly the staff: we've rarely encountered such kindness, helpfulness, and empathy from each member of staff. Special thanks also go to the entertainment staff (Giorgia especially), all excellent, cheerful, and professional. They were able to involve our son, who is very shy and reserved, with great patience and sensitivity, making him feel part of the group without ever forcing him. We also greatly appreciated the free services available to guests, such as the stroller we could use whenever we needed it and the bicycles always available free of charge: these are small details that really make a difference for a family. The room was always perfectly clean after daily tidying. If we had to find one thing that could be improved, it would be the food. The appetizers were rather repetitive, while the first and second courses alternated between very good and less impressive days. On the other hand, the pizza, freshly prepared by the pizza chef, was always excellent, as were the grilled dishes. The real sore point was the desserts: they ranged from freshly prepared crepes and pancakes, truly excellent, to rather industrial-quality cakes, tarts, and croissants that didn't live up to the rest of the service. A small suggestion also concerns the room's built-in air conditioning: the air flow was directed directly at the head of the bed, making it difficult to keep it on throughout the night without feeling disturbed. Overall, however, it was a very positive vacation that we recommend, especially to families with children. We would gladly return.

Beautiful all-inclusive resort. Delicious food, welcoming, courteous, and always helpful staff. Friendly and entertaining entertainers. Nice room, although the mattress is a little hard. But it's worth it. It was a wonderful vacation. Thank you all!! We'll definitely be back!

We had a wonderful holiday at the Club Family Hotel and were truly satisfied in every way. The first thing that struck us was the excellent cleanliness of the rooms, always tidy and well-kept. A huge compliment also goes to all the staff: extremely kind, helpful, and always ready to help with a smile. The dining experience was a pleasant surprise: a wide variety of food, with options to suit all tastes and truly high quality. Every meal lived up to expectations. The real strength, however, is the children. The hotel is designed with families in mind, down to the smallest detail: countless entertainment activities, games, activities, and services dedicated to children. Our daughter had a great time, and this allowed us parents to enjoy a more relaxing holiday too. Overall, it's a hotel that truly puts children at the center of attention without neglecting the comfort of adults. Simply FANTASTIC! It was a perfect few days in every way, beyond all expectations. The food is spectacular: plentiful, varied, and of the highest quality. Every meal was an incredible surprise, from breakfast with pancakes, crepes, brioche, eggs, bacon, and pizza, to dinner. The cuisine is exceptional, and the pizza… truly sublime! The wait staff is always smiling, extremely kind, and attentive, as is the reception: friendly, helpful, and always ready to help. The perfect facility for families with children: a well-kept and super fun baby park, tireless, cheerful, and engaging entertainment, and very sweet and attentive nannies. The pool is beautiful, large, with slides and a truly well-designed kids' area. The courtesy strollers are very convenient, and the open bar is also fantastic, always stocked with all kinds of drinks, including beer and prosecco for aperitifs. A truly unforgettable vacation. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our favorite place We're still here and will be staying until tomorrow, but we're already feeling homesick. This is our third year at the Club Family Hotel Cervia Village and, as always, we're having a wonderful vacation. We stayed for 9 days with our two girls, ages 5 and 9, who love this place and, especially, the entertainment. The truth is, we've been waiting all year to return and are already hoping to be back in September! Hospitality The first smile that greets you is Betty's, who for us is an absolute guarantee: helpful, kind, professional, and always ready to find a solution to any need. Also, a special thank you to Sandra, Rosy, and the entire reception team, who make every guest feel truly at home. Cuisine The food here is spectacular. Vincenzo, the head chef, is a unique character: talented, helpful, attentive to everyone's needs, and with a huge heart. This year we also met Nunzio, a young talent in the kitchen, always ready to offer advice and show his passion. The variety is incredible, from lavish buffets to themed lunches and dinners. One thing is certain: it's impossible not to leave feeling a little heavier! Dining Room The dining room is led by the delightful Mircea, a maître d' who truly knows everything. Special thanks go to our favorite waiter, Raul, always attentive, thoughtful, and especially affectionate with the children. Thanks also to Martina, Alexandra, Violeta, and the entire staff for their impeccable service and constant smiles. Bar What can I say about Domenico? A legendary bartender! Always present, always ready with a joke. Along with him, the dearest Sofia and Michelangelo, who contribute to creating a pleasant and family atmosphere at any time of the day. Entertainment Simply the best we've ever encountered. It's not intrusive or forced: these guys truly love what they do, and you can tell immediately. They engage, entertain, and make you feel good, always with great respect and ease. A special round of applause goes to Lorenzo, the elegant entertainment director and impeccable coordinator. To Michelle, so sweet and special: our daughters would love to bring her home with us, but the truth is, we parents adore her too. To Giorgia, friendly, cheerful, and simply gorgeous. Aurora, young but enthusiastic, smiles with her eyes (ps: you can tell she's a daughter of artists 😊). To Sofia, patience personified, fantastic with the Mini Club. And then Leonardo and Francesco, tireless organizers of tournaments and activities. We were sad not to find Alessandro and Riccardo this year; they will be arriving in the next few days, but we're sure we'll see them again soon. People make the difference. What makes this hotel truly special isn't just the services, the food, or the entertainment. It's the atmosphere you breathe. It's clear that people here work well together, respect each other, and feel good. And the direct consequence is that they make their guests feel good too. Everything was perfect. We arrived in the morning and were immediately greeted by Betty, who was supported by Sandra, Rosi, Alessandra, and Andrea, all wonderful. The buffet was fantastic. Thanks to the Chef and super Nunzio, who made us gain weight for a week 😂😂 Congratulations also to all the waiting staff who made sure to clear the table immediately. My special thanks, however, goes to the entertainment team: Lorenzo (head entertainer), who always manages to entertain everyone. Michelle and Giorgia were brilliant, they are amazing dancers, ready to entice all the kids with the baby dance. Well done also to the younger kids, Auri, Cri, Edo, and Ale. Thanks so much to Leo, who knew how to entertain Morgan with every activity. The CFH Cervia Village team was super top!
