The dishes were delicious, both in quality and quantity!
And the dining room? The dining room is absolutely stunning!

I'm a chef and have a decent palate.
Without mincing words, it's the best pizza in Parma and the province in terms of digestibility and deliciousness.

08/11/2025: A typical osteria in the hills outside Bologna. One of the last to bear this name! Regional cuisine, not a huge selection, but authentic flavors prepared with top-quality ingredients. Generous portions, fast service, and friendly, helpful staff. Five of us ate, each with a first and second course with truffles, side dish, dessert, coffee, and 1 liter of wine to share for less than €50 each! The atmosphere is rustic, but more than suitable for a good meal with friends.
17/10/2025: My experience in this place was magnificent especially for the waiters, especially that curly-haired waitress with orange hair who made me have a wonderful experience thanks to her passion for cooking and food and I had noticed this right away thanks to the wonderful experience apart from those at the next table who smelled of Indian.

We went to Circolo l’Ancora with the whole family and were thrilled!
We ate an entirely seafood-based menu: delicious dishes, generous portions, and incredibly fresh fish. The atmosphere is pleasant, welcoming, and meticulously maintained, but what really makes the difference is the kindness and helpfulness of the owners and waiters.
A big hello and thank you to the owner, Carmine, who made us feel right at home.
A restaurant we recommend to everyone and can't wait to return to!

15/11/2025: Had a retirement dinner with two other friends. From appetizer to dessert, everything was top-notch. The plating is classic, but the quality of all the fish goes beyond the visual appeal.
13/11/2025: A good seafood restaurant where you can enjoy company. Fried food and pasta dishes are good, as are the pizzas and grills. It's very large, so there's always room to find despite the large crowd.
