A very nice and comfortable place. I didn't know this place and by chance we went among friends one evening to eat here. From the outside it seems small but inside it is huge. The place is well kept and looked after. The service is very good, including the waiters who are always available. The starter is well prepared and everything is of excellent quality. I had black spaghetti with clams and courgette flowers. The pasta was very al dente, perhaps a little too much. But the flavor was great. Then the dessert was also very tasty. Advised !!

Being from Puglia on Easter trip, I had lunch in this restaurant to feel at home. Excellent menu choice with Easter Sunday dishes. All good, to come back to taste other specialties. Thank you Officina degli Apuli. Highly recommended.

siamo in zona centro , a pochi minuti da S,Felice e dal Paladozza, il locale ha una bella sala luminosa e , con la buona stagione anche un giardinetto esterno , poi qui dalle orecchiette alla focaccia , dai salumi al polpo e' la Puglia che esplode nei sui infiniti sapori ... anche pizzeria , buono il livello della cantina , servizio attento e preciso

Siamo tornate in questo bel ristorante che ci era piaciuto già l”anno scorso. Con piacere l”abbiamo ritrovato come nel ricordo, anzi meglio! Mangiato bene sia gli antipasti con polpette di melanzane, sia i primi o anche i secondi deliziosi. Il servizio gentile e cordiale e quindi nel consigliarvelo,torneremo presto anche noi!

05/04/2024: Possibly my favourite restaurant in the world. Pride without pretension. Delicious food and wine. The best service and value. Puglian and Bolognese dishes presented with the same aplomb. An oasis of gentility in a noisy part of town on a Friday night. Great vegetarian and vegan options too.
